So the reason why I'm giving this store a bad rating is because of some of the staff. Mainly one guy who I don't know the name of. But he tends to always be working the evening and closing shift. White guy short dark hair kinda looks like a dork. I think he might be a shift lead or something. Anyways he's very rude and inconsiderate when talking with certain customers. He gives out incorrect information. I get the sense he's being prejudice. everytime I go in and he's behind the counter the store is packed and the line is ridiculous. A lot of times I just walk out. Because every time I come to the store I'm just placing a pre order or picking up. Which should only take like 10 mins. Not going wait 45mins-hour. There's 2 other employees that work there that I had a bad experience with but I don't think they work there anymore or least I haven't seen them. Been searching around for a specific controller for a few weeks and I’ve gotten absolutely no help from any of these mangers/members I’ve spoken with. Was told that my only real option is to “do some leg work” and keep on checking the status of the product that’s been out of stock for 3 weeks now. All I and many other consumers ask to know is “ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE THEM IN STOCK AGAIN” and my answer is “you’ll just have to keep checking” will go ahead and let my BS elite membership expire and never purchase from this faltering company again.
