Kirkland's Home — Attraction in Peoria

I absolutely love Kirklands in Peoria Illinois. I've purchased several things and love everything Ive gotten. The store is Great! Its very nice, they have so many beautiful things. It's a very clean store, not crowded to where you can't find what you're looking for. They have such beautiful displays of items, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They're always there to help with questions or concerns. For example, if you need help with decorating ideas, they have some great ideas (which is amazing) because every time I've had any questions they're right there to help.You just don't find that kind of customer service anymore. I absolutely Love Kirklands! I definitely give them 5 Stars!!...

The store Manager Mrs.Shelly has been very professional and helpful doing all my shopping experiences there at Kirkland's! Her personality is very outgoing and she just seems to be full of joy everytime i shop there. I love the store great sales and nice items for your home decor. It's a very nice experience when you recieved that kind of engagement as a customer keeps you looking foward to the next time. Just thought everyone should know how beautiful Mrs.Shelly is need more people like her....

Very helpful staff. Small store but cute items. Was able to get throw pillows we wanted but did not have the throw bc it was an online item only. Called store they were unable to order it and have it sent to store.. Went on line charge was $11.99 for shipping. So scratched that found on Amazon $13 dollars cheaper and free shipping with Prime. Seems like stores are referring people to more online shopping. I don't like this we like to see items and touch items first hand...
