My family and I went to True Society in search of the perfect wedding dress, and it was truly a life-enriching experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, to the moment I slipped into the dress of my dreams with the expert guidance of my stylist Haley, every moment was nothing short of magical. As we entered, the manager and the lovely ladies welcomed us with warm smiles, directing us to our designated area for the appointment. The entire team was exceptionally friendly, offering invaluable assistance throughout our quest for the ultimate wedding gown. This unforgettable experience has left an indelible mark on my heart, and I wholeheartedly recommend True Society to every bride-to-be!

Review Update: I picked up my dress early July and when I tried on my dress it was about 2 sizes too big. When I mentioned it to the lady helping us she just looked at me with a blank stare and said hold on. She looked up our order from June 6th. She stated that the dress I tried on in store was a 22 and that I was measured at an 18. She explained that wedding dresses are sized differently. But when I told her that the dress was way too big and that the top of the dress didn’t even fit correctly, she said ‘that’s what alterations are for.’ We were in the front of the store so 2 other ladies came over and pretty much dismissed my concerns and told me alterations would take care of everything. No one actually listened to me or my concerns. I asked to be resized because I felt like I was measured wrong. Which I was. Fast forward to having my dress altered. I have had to go multiple times to have my dress basically re made because of big it was.y alteration lady is amazing and she worked her magic. SHE HAD TO TAKE 4 INCHES OFF ON BOTH SIDES, SHE HAD TO ALSO ADD EXTRA BONING, SHE ALSO HAD TO RE CONSTRUCT THE BUST AREA AND ADD CUPS TO HELP FILL.

I was so excited to shop here for my dress but they honestly do not care about you or your concerns once you paid. They refused to help and basically told me I was not measured wrong and made me feel unheard. So after paying over $2500 for my wedding dress, I am now spending another $1500 in alterations!! My alteration lady said it would have been closer to $500-600 for basic alterations and hem, IF I WAS...
