Honestly if I could give them a zero stars I would! Let me start by saying I first called Paradise nails before I went there, I told them what services I needed and they told me yes they do it and to come by. When I arrived they asked what I was there for I told them a gel pedicure, and acrylic nails. They led me to the pedicure areas, as I’m getting my pedicure one of the nails tech came over and asked me if I was getting a manicure. I told her I wanted acrylic on my nails. She looks at me and says “we do not do acrylic nails” okay that’s fine that they don’t however, I called to ask about that and they confirmed and even confirmed upon arrival. So when I was done with my pedicure I asked who was going to do my nails, the same nail tech then says we don’t do acrylic you have acrylic nails, I said no I have gel on my nails and I should her. I wanted to get acrylic!!! So I said I want to do gel power colors. She then says ohhh get gel it’s really nice. As if I don’t know it’s nice! I have it! Don’t force to do something because you guys want to go home and messed. And because they were being greedy they took me knowing they did not do a service I came for. They also chose to tell me this at the end when I was already done with me pedicure. It’s as if they purposely waited until I was done. It’s unacceptable! And I would never give them another dollar in this life or the next! I just wish there was an option...
Read moreI took my niece and myself to Paradise nails today only because my salon was booked.
My niece is standing next to me as I'm paying and It's $50. Typical standard price for two gel manicures and eyebrow waxing. The lady then goes "oh you guys are together?" Why is she questioning that to begin with as we walked in together and my niece is a CHILD.
So it was an additional $30 for her gel manicure. In total I spent $80 on 2 gel manicures and an eyebrow wax.
I then leave and return because I was treated poorly as a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER to have her explain the pricing I was charged. I come to find out that they charge for removing tips. I had maybe 4 nails left and have NEVER been charge to remove that. None the less she was hurting me while taking them off. Kept burning me with the drill.
Needless to say they weren't accommodating to the situation or try to make it better at all. If my nail salon wasn't booked it would've cost me $58 for what I had done for $80.
My nails came out nice but the prices are insane. Never...
Read moreI walked in for a fillin. I told one of the nail technicians I have acrylic powder with gel color on top. She starts filling the nails and as she is on the second she says powder gel right? I said no acrylic powder. She said oh we don’t have that only powder gel. I said okay how much for powder gel? She said $50. I said no way (because my acrylic powder is $27 for a fill). She said oh I didn’t understand what acrylic means. I said why would you start on my nails if you didn’t fully understand when I said the word acrylic? I said acrylic powder. Needless to say I walked out with two messed up fingernails because she didn’t understand what acrylic powder is. She kept trying to argue saying she didn’t understand what I meant by acrylic. I will never...
