Kidzville with the boys last night in Perry Hall! I was pleasantly surprised how cool the place is and they didn’t try to upcharge everything. There weren’t any arcade games which I loved. No tickets to win and cash in for some unnecessary junk. I think admission was 13.99 and you need slipper socks. They were $2.95 so very reasonable. It was a big indoor playground with lots of stuff for the kids to do. Perfrct for a rainy night. The only food they sold was cheese or pepperoni pizza. You had to buy a whole pizza. $18 for a 16 inch cheese which was reasonable. The pizza was also really good. In addition to the pizzas they had a freezer of ice creams. They also had water, juice, sodas and coffee pods. Waters were $2 and juice was $2.50. Thats all they had which was perfect. They didn’t even sell candy. Prices were very reasonable! The boys were exhausted when we left there. I will definitely go back.

This place is very nice! Alex helped us get checked in and was super patient with my kiddo who didn't have the patience for the waiver. We stopped in on a whim, bought the socks which are pretty nice. The prices are fair. The place is clean. I saw people get the pizza and it's pretty big. I went with a 15 year old and 6 year old. They both had a blast. I love that they have lockers that are free, it really encourages the adults to play instead of watching their things. Also, the bathrooms have Crocs that you can slide on over the socks to run into the bathroom. It seems like a lot of well thought ideas. We will definitely come back!

So we just went here Wednesday.....my son's gonna be 2 Friday and he had a blast! BUT he started not feeling well Sunday and I just took him to his Drs and he has HAND FOOT MOUTH disease with 4 huge sores in his mouth. Dr said it was definitely from taking him to this place. And no.... he's not in daycare he stays home with me 24/7! Pls try to keep your place clean so this doesn't happen again!!! Also. ..it was extremely Hot In there when we went....the AC needs to go up a little

My family and I go there often and had never had an issue. Well I paid almost 500$ for a birthday party and was extremely disappointed . I got there 30 mins early (which is allowed) to bring in food and such. My room was not set up per the form I filled out , yet alone now set up at all. No balloons, no table setups, cake smeared all over the place and it was trashed. The poor boy was trying to clean but ultimately I had to help clean to ensure the party started on time . They should ensure the last party is gone in time due to other parties or don’t book them back to back . I had to ask for plates utensils and all which I only given a few . I had a delux party so I’m confused why I didn’t get what was “apart of the package I paid for”. They were extremely picky with the food that was allowed, they wanted only was suggested on the terms and conditions and nothing more . Which isn’t exactly great for every family . I brought meatball sliders and taco dip and they said they weren’t allowed. My son also never got his “special gift” for his birthday. And when I asked if they were going to try to keep the toddler section under control , they laughed. I understand it won’t be perfect but older kids literally destroying the toddler section to the point my child was scared and uncomfortable playing in there was a little disappointing . Overall, I would never have a party there again . I would like things to be set up and ready and what I paid for ready when I get there per the...

We took the kids to play in kidzville perry hall to play My daughter wasn't wearing one foot for the socks because her feet was twisted and had to put brackets we didn't go out for a long day and she barely started walking After a while about 30-40 min playing with one socks on and the injuries one wasn't A mom having a kid came to me and telling me that this is disinfectant for others and i am asking you either to let your daughter put it on or leave. I explained nicely about her and she said I don't care. so i replied please watch your kid and mind your business, the kids have been playing and the staff saw her and no one told us anything i told here the kids is sneezing coughing and most of them are sick with no mask and were eating and then play without even washing hands. Here is the problem she didn't like that we are muslims and because one of the staff was the same race and from the same country and they talked their language, the staff member came to me and asked me to leave in a very rude way. I was shocked about her attitude and being in her side because of the same race and country and i asked her for a manager or customer service number she said oh here is the number do what you want. I paid 97 $ for 4 kids for 45 min I tried reaching the corporate number but i didn't get it Please share as much as you can and try to let whoever is the manager or the...
