Italian Delight — Restaurant in Maryland

Ever since the name changed from Italian Sensation to Italian Delight I’ve noticed changes in the food. After the name changed it was larger portion sizes but the quality of the food has changed for the worse. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was the best thing on the Menu for me, but I’ve noticed that the taste after the name change was noticeably pop different. There was a lot more Chicken and Less Buffalo Flavor, it was a little under cooked as well. I also saw in their un-covered Iced Tea dispenser what I could only assume to be dead flies floating on the surface. The service has also lessened after the name change. I find whenever I went over there, my food that should have been left on the counter for me to pick up and leave, just sitting where they bag their orders where I can’t walk over and grab it. I usually visit during my timed break and I find myself not able to sit down and eat my food because the service of the restaurant has slowed down so much. I will rarely be visiting again.

Update: The Iced Tea dispenser now has cover to stop the fly issues, while the Buffalo Chicken Pizza isn’t the exact same before the name change it has improved and is cooked longer. The service has also seen an improvement and now I am able to enjoy my food before my break ends. I will be updating my ratings and I am glad to see that customer concern is taken into...

I ordered a large white pizza, which is a $17 pizza, I showed up to pick up my pizza 45 minutes later and the pizza is cold. I didn't notice when I left the shop because I held it by the sides of the box. I live 5 minutes away and called immediately to inform them that they gave me an ice cold pizza. They said there was nothing they could do for me..... I even offered to bring them back the cold pizza for a new one and they didn't care. I am a previous GM of multiple pizza places and this is HORRIBLE customer service. That pizza cost them $2 to make and they just lost a customer over $2, that's pretty sad. But that's cool I'll go to pizza johns which is always a 10/10 or Dominic's in parkville for much better...
