I have gone to this store many times and I have recommended them to family and friends. I went recently during the pandemic and they were open and doors unlocked so anyone can walk in, however when I did a large dog came running out and cornered me in the front of the store. The dog was barking and jumping at me. I was literally just looking around, waiting to be helped. The owners just kept saying, "its our son's dog" and "it's only 3 years old." They couldn't even get the dog away because the did not have a collar on it. I am lucky that I am not afraid of dogs, but this was extremely dangerous and unprofessional. They didn't even say sorry until i told them that it was frightening being cornered...

When my family first moved to Petaluma I needed a jeweler. I asked multiple persons and read multiple reviews before, finally deciding to visit Hollingsworth. I am so glad I found these wonderful people. The craftsmanship is second to none. The quality is impeccable. And, most of all they are kind, generous and honest. They make you feel right at home with their genuine next door neighbor kindness. I especially love their dog, too. I live out of the country now but, when I am home visiting my brother and father I often need something repaired and I always go to this amazing business. You will not be disappointed. If I lived anywhere in the Bay Area and I needed a Jeweler...I would drive to Petaluma to visit these genuine people and true...
