ALDI — Attraction in Philadelphia

I have never in my life, took time out my day to write a review , but today was the day. What can I say? I am absolutely disgusted by what I just Witnessed. The lady on cashier whose name I believe is Daniella Who is currently working July 3, 2024 at 4:24pm has had to have one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever seen in my life. I mean this lady has been screaming at guest. She even yelled at somebody’s child for playing with a toy in the store. She has been yelling at this Mexican family who barely speaks English and really needs assistance at self check out, and as they were asking her for help, she was shouting at them and screaming at them, giving them a really hard time time and a terrible attitude. There was a security guard in there that tried to help the Mexican family as best as he could, but even while he was helping, Daniella was still shouting at the family. This was such a terrible environment. I’ve never in my life experienced something like this before I mean, this lady was absolutely off the chain. It almost felt like she was on drugs the way she was speaking to people. It was so abnormal. I honestly think this was so disappointing to see from Aldi considering I’m here every week and a half I’ve never seen a terrible employee . Hello to whom it may concern, My name is Kelly I just left one of your Aldi location on 7900 Roosevelt Blvd Philadelphia PA 19152. I just had the most horrible experience at this location! I got in line to make a purchase in line register 2, the cashier said Next customer can go to register 3,4, and 6. I walked over to register 3,4 and 6 they all had their closed sign up on the belt. The cashier on register 6 said “I’m closed but you can go to register 2”. I was just over there but I walked back over to register 2 anyway. The cashier at register 2 raised her voice and said “ I said I’m closed, you can go to 3,4 and 6”, in a very rude tone. I explained to her that I was just over there and they are all closed. But when I walked away from register 6 after the cashier told me she was closed, she took the customer that walked up to her after me! How does that make sense? I am a Chinese American, and the customer she took 5 seconds after I walked away was a white male! This is prejudice! This is unprofessional, there is no reason why as a paying customer I can be treated this way! I left without purchasing anything and will never step foot into another Aldi ever again and I’ll be sure to let me my friends, families and social media know what happened today! There is no explanation and or excuse for the way I was treated...
