If I could give them zero stars I would. There was an African American lady working the pastry stand and a costumer who couldn’t speak english touched the glass to show her what she wanted, she responded with “I see you! Don’t be rude!” In a very aggressive, hostile tone. I spoke up and tried to explain to the employee that the lady didn’t speak english and she wasn’t trying to be rude, she was just showing her what she wanted. Her poor daughter even attempted to order for her. She responded again in a nasty tone, “No. It’s rude.” Are you serious? Your job is to serve people and provide good, quality service. You work at an international airport, where millions of ethnicities and cultures pass by. Not everyone is going to speak english and patience is required when working in retail/ fast food. Not only was she rude to the poor lady and her daughter, she was rude to the previous costumer too. I’ve never encountered someone so rude and hostile to others.
