I can vouch for the other reviewer that they do not respond to phone calls or emails, and in a bizarre fashion. I called three times and emailed once. First time with the owner and he said to email him a photo. Did so and no response. Called and spoke to associate one week later. He said owner would call back. He didn’t. One week later just called again and spoke to associate and explained what had transpired. He quickly said, “wait I have to check something,” and put me on hold. He kept me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up! It was like he was embarrassed and didn’t know how to manage my phone call! If you don’t want my business let me know the first phone call!
