There is everything to LOVE about this furniture. The thing we love best is that it is excellent quality and obviously hand crafted with care. They offer a wide variety of woods and finishes and some really beautiful specialty woods. We originally bought a dining set decades ago that has stood the test of time - many family gatherings and a lot of homework was done on our maple trestle dining table and it still looks perfectly new. The patina is still gorgeous. The table is designed so that the leaves store under the table. This is a very solid piece of furniture that slides easily to open and close needing only one person to manage it. When it came time to purchase new bedroom furniture we wanted something high quality and hand-crafted and could not find anything comparable to Pompanoosuc's workmanship and quality. We have since ordered more furniture for our home including for our summer home. When the finish on our new dining table was delivered and not quite the color that we had anticipated the sales rep worked with us to create the exact finish that we were looking for. We cannot say enough good about the sales team. They are thoroughly knowledgeable about their pieces which helped us narrow down our choices pretty rapidly. They helped facilitate our deliveries which were all very professional and on schedule. Home is where the heart is and it we really appreciate having these very lovely pieces...

POMPANOOSUC MILLS is fantastic. I ordered a bookcase for my daughter and just received it. The finish and quality is top notch; all solid wood including the back panel. They even use brass screws to secure the back and countersink every single one. Very solidly built.

The owner, Dwight Sargent as well as others in the company, are so pleasant to deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They can custom make just about anything for you. I worked with Dwight to modify an existing bed to work with the Sleep Number Flex base and build a custom audio cabinet. The entire process went very smooth for me. I can't wait to see the final product.

Amazing experience. I worked for months with Evan to help me select the exact finish and custom size for a new table. He was patient and offered great suggestions, and the company sent me several custom samples as well. He also requested that a different showroom send a couple of chairs for me to try since they didn't have them here. The quality of the tables and chairs seemed excellent, though in the end, I decided that the style wouldn't work in my space. I felt like a valued customer, despite not having purchased anything. This sort of customer service is rare these days; I can't recommend the store and company more highly and hope to have occasion to return and purchase something that is a fit...
