I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve. The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area. At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job. I must have sounded so exasperated that he said I'll come myself. Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route. He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly. Now don't get me wrong this wasn't cheap but money isn't an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldn't find someone. Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it. We trust Warren and his Boss team with all of our plumbing problems, whether small or large. The first time we called him it was for a leak in the second floor bathroom sink. Warren came and looked at the situation and told my husband how to fix it himself (it was a simple fix) instead of charging us lots of money for a simple job. This made me trust him and know he was very honest and professional. Several months later, we called with a much more serious problem: our sewage main line was blocked and cracked. This was also an extra complex job because it required excavating right next to a lighting pole, which meant getting PECO involved. Warren and Simone (his lovely mom who handles estimates, invoices, and general communication with the client) took care of everything with PECO, and city permits. He gave us what we learned through research was a very fair price, got the job done in a day with a team of very professional guys, installed a sump pump for us the next day, and is coming back to replace the utility sink in the basement this week.
