I had an awful experience with Shirley at this salon. My sister and I both had appointments—hers at 1:30 and mine at 2:00—but we were both left waiting, and my sister wasn’t even seen at all. I didn’t get started until 2:10.

I told them ahead of time I wanted a soak off and dip powder, and I made it clear again in person. But Shirley immediately tried to pry off my acrylics using a nail tip, even though I asked her to soak them off and preserve my natural length. When I pulled away in pain, she reluctantly switched to a soak-off—but used a wax warmer filled with acetone, which is unsafe and made me dizzy from the fumes. I looked down and the temperature was at 142°F. My hand was burning, and I had to unplug the warmer myself.

When she came back, she pressured me to turn the heat back on, even though I told her I was feeling lightheaded and uncomfortable. I held my ground and said no, and told her I just wanted my nails removed and no further service.

After that, she became aggressive while filing—filing my skin along with my nails. She was clearly frustrated that I didn’t agree with her method. Eventually, she had her husband finish removing my nails.

This place is unprofessional, does not prioritize safety or hygiene, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this salon to anyone who values their time, comfort, or...

I use to come here all the time. Today I came and the young lady who did my mani/pedi and eyebrows was not good.

She acted like she didn’t want to give me a massage. She did my legs but not my feet. She barely scrubbed my feet.

My eyebrows are horrible and she tries to say they were like that!!! No they weren’t and she messed them up more and she got alcohol in my eye and did not want to give me a tissue.

I will NEVER come back here again!!! She doesn’t know what she is doing and the when I said I didn’t like how she did them she snatched the mirror.

This is a mess and now I have to go pay to get it redone!!!!! I don’t do attitudes when I am paying my money! She cut corners on all that she did. I am filing a complaint against the business.

It seems like when you complain they get an an attitude. So Now I have an attitude and will be filing a complaint with the Attorney...

This place is horrible. I went in this afternoon for a pedicure, the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I asked a girl multiple times to shape my toenails square because that’s how they were when I came in. Now they are around! I had to ask her to scrub the bottom and sides of my feet. This shouldn’t be a request, Doesn’t this come with the pedicure? Then to top it off when I go to pay, I give her my card and she says you don’t have cash,? I asked you I don’t take card? She responded back, Cash is better and pointed to the atm. What the hell kind of service is this and if you don’t want to take cash that’s fine but you should let people know when they walk in or have signs posted.
