Had the worst customer service experience. Today a went there to get some gear for fishing and create great family moments. What I didnât know was what kind of moments would be created. I waited around for over 20 minutes for someone to come to sporting goods. I asked several employees to help. A few said okay let me call someone but never came back. I asked a female employee and she said I think the license thing is broken and never saw her again. One male employee just kept walking and said let me see if I see someone as he kept walking and nearly made eye contact. Another employee was sweeping the floor and when I asked for help he replied. Give me a minute until he was done. Yes he continues as if I didnât exist. I then walk to the front of the store and ask another employee she says: âYOU CAN DO IT ONLIBE AT HOMEâ with attitude as if to imply I was bothering her. I then said get me a manager and she looked at her phone and said. Heâs on lunch! I said Iâve been waiting for over an hr. She said. Itâs his right to have lunch as if I was stupid. She tried to walk away from me and I said. Oh no, get me someone! They then call for someone over the speaker system and finally I get the assistant manager sweet as pie but I had to pay with a card because there was no tilt in the register to take cash. Hum.... I have never seen such a poor demonstration of customer care. This was customer abuse. I had my 81 year old father with me because he wanted his fishing license and unwillingly he had to stand and suffer. This was customer abuse. Some employees do not smile, they are walking around on their cellphones others just hanging out. Security is just chilling in the entrance not paying attention to anything. All while the manager was nowhere in sight. No one apologized for the inconvenience. The manager has to be aware of all this and turned a blind eye! Next time Iâm taking a video!!! Corporate Walmart will probably not do a thing....
Read moreI went to this Walmart Saturday at 6:20am, thought I will be the weekend rush and still was in their for a hour. First you have to find someone with a key to unlock certain items and only one person had a key. The cray thing is you feel rushed because they have to stand there why you tring to find the correct item, lit which dive soap, what vitamin, type of deodorant etc. Then they take it tothe front register while you continue to shop. I need several more items that were locked up so I had to wait once again and do the same process. Once that's done you go register but it's a line and you hope all your items are together, like how do they know who they belong to. Once I got my items I went to another register to pay for everything and when I asked why the price of the items weren't showing, the answers I got were unbelievable, on top of that they want you to wait to show your receipt like I wasn't held up enough. I understand that theft is at a high rate right now and is unacceptable, but why do the customer that are not stealing have to suffer? If you want to stop theft hire armed security or have security or staff in the aisle to assist customers and not make us feel like we being watched. These franchise never pay the employees enough or even want to pay for the appropriate security to insure everyone safety not just for theives. We as customers should stop supporting stores that treat us like criminals and are always trying to capitalize off the consumer. I feel very violated and disrespectEd. I will be doing my shopping in new jersey if I need items that...
Read moreIâm not sure whatâs happening to the department stores in this area but this is one you should avoid along with the target on bustleton and cottman. Take the trip north to the next Walmart and save yourself the pain of standing around without help. I have to say that the fitting rooms are easily the worst part of the store. I mostly go to these stores (target, etc) to grab uniforms for work and an occasional electronic. It is not too much to ask to have competent fitting room attendants and polite electronics department attendants. The electronics section is completely embarrassingly outdated and disorganized. No one can be found or wants to be found at any time of day. The fitting rooms are dirty as all heck and the middle room is used for âgo backsâ meaning they stuff all worn clothes in there, usually without disinfecting. Two times Iâve been here in the past month and both times there were large amounts garbage, dust and used masks on the floor. There are a total of 4 fitting rooms at this store and exactly ONE is usable, meaning open, and itâs horrendous. I mean, they close the fitting rooms two hours before store close, thereâs only one open and they canât keep up with THAT. Other rooms are used for worn merchandise that often stays there for DAYS. The fitting room attendant looked like she was either on drugs or overworked both times and it looks like they pick and choose who they let in. This is truly unacceptable and no one cares at all. This review will be updated with photos ASAP. Nonsense like this needs to...
