The problem is that your company made an appointment for 5:00 (I know because the guy in front of me and i had the discussion and then continued to have a group discussion about it) and then made my appt for 5:15. According to your response, you like giving 30 minutes for each cut. Clearly, this is NOT what occurred. Your response says you care about your customers. However, you misconstrued the situation to seem like I'm not patient and havent been to a barber shop before.
I've been coming here for a bit. The haircuts are quality. Mike is great, but I can't return. My time is exceptionally important-as is everyone's. Making 2 back to back cuts 15 minutes apart is not a adequate time. Waiting 20 minutes past my time and you're still working is not something I'm willing to deal with.
I'm frustrated because I literally come from across the city to get cut. I literally told them my time was compressed due to my 90 hour work week this week.

Read moreI got a Brazilian here from Michele. She was very out of it & her words were slurred leasing me to believe she was "on something," most likely prescription drugs. I called to make a 12:00 appointment and I waited in the salon until 12:25 to be seen. I don't know why it took so long because no other clients came out of the waxing room while I was there. She was unfriendly during the waxing process and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She did not make any effort to make me feel welcomed or comfortable.
