Kiwi Yogurt — Local services in Philadelphia

the manager of this kiwi yogurt location should be fired, and i will explain why. i called to inquire about their delivery service (because im 10 miles away). i read on their website that they do use doordash, etc. so, i have a dear family member in the nursing home directly across the street from kiwi yogurt. when i say directly, i mean kiwi's address is 3606 and the nursing home's address is 3609. i called to ask if they could possibly walk a delivery across the street due to the super inflated cost of doordash etc and also because it's so close. the young lady who answered the phone said she would check with her manager. she promptly came back and said "no, we don't do that." now, before i go any further, i have to say that i am absolutely NOT some entitled jerkoff who thinks people should go out of their way to accommodate me, but this is a plain and simple case of common sense and just being a good person. the manager actually feels like it makes sense for a customer to use doordash for a delivery literally 25 yards across the street? unreal. if i were the manager of that business, or any of the businesses on that street, i would've said "hey, it's not something we normally do, but it just makes sense to make an exception. and hey, we'll have a new loyal customer for taking that extra step. and maybe the customer will give my employee a nice tip for the favor." but nah, this person clearly didn't see the big picture. Went to kiwi today. Felt so bad after finding out that Penn was going to lose 175 M-M-MILLION dollars of funding. I didn't know what I was going to do and felt so distressed. That is, until I walked into KIWI. Tears began to leave my eyes, as I was overjoyed with the colorful and SENSATIONAL decorations of the frozen yogurt shop. I had to wait in line, but I knew it was going to be worth the wait. I made 3 lifelong friends waiting in that line. Unbelievable. Then it was time to get the froyo, so many delicious flavors. I got Irish Potato because I'm Irish and like baked potatoes. Was a bit decieved because it did not take like baked potatoes, but was very sweet. Safe to say Kiwi...

Normally I have good experiences with this restaurant, however , today was absolutely appalling. I placed an order for 2 large frozen yogurt. One with 3 toppings, 1 with only cheesecake as the topping but I paid for 2 additional toppings of cheesecake on that one. I received a half filled container of frozen yogurt, with only 2 Tiny pieces of cheesecake. I called back and spoke with Sydney and her excuse was that it is really busy there and that’s What I recieved. If I have a problem request a refund from grubhub.
