Visited this place today (11/10/19) with my girls (ages 4.5 and 1.5 years old) and with my husband. The girls had a lot of fun but it is definitely a good idea to bring an extra adult for each young child to supervise because this place is a free for all, especially when its crowded. Older kids were running around acting inconsiderate, jumping in front of people that were clearly in line waiting their turns to use the equipment and running ahead of small kids while they tried to climb up ladders to the playground set. Parents should be supervising older children more to make sure this kind of stuff doesn't happen but if they are not, staff should be taking the initiative to intervene and keep the environment safe and fun for everyone. The zipline station and car rollercoaster station could have used an attendant during busy time to make sure everyone was in line and letting people take turns accordingly and for being caring with the equipment. My husband tried telling a kid that must have been 7 or 8 that it was our daughter's turn to go on the zipline after him and another older boy were using it for 2-3 minutes while a line was forming to use it. No parent was in site for these kids and when they refused to budge and let everyone take their fair turn, my husband had me get a staff member to resolve the issue. She seemed annoyed to be the one to have to settle the situation. This kind of stuff happened once again at the roller coaster station, but the older kids there stepped aside and let everyone in line go on it, after we commented that it was time for someone else to have a chance. Kids that were too heavy for the roller coaster car were on it and you could see it cracking more in the front as it descended the track and the zip line was being treated very roughly by older kids and no staff ever said anything. The place was hot and it didn't feel like the AC was running throughout our time there. So if it hadn't been for parents not watching their older kids more or at least staff members supervising popular stations more to make sure everyone was acting accordingly, I would have given this place a...
Read moreI see that this place has potential to be great, well for 3 to maybe 7years old it is. It appears that they recently suffered a flood which naturally would damage anything close to the ground, hence the infant and toddler area. Needless to say they remained opened during the so to speak repairs. Meanwhile more than half of the items pictured on their website were not available in that play area in addition there were pieces of random colored carpet with some areas not carpeted along with caution signs and 2 feet of missing sheetrock all in the infant/ toddler area. Like the normal customer that I was I paid the full price of $15 for my 11month old to enter the premises and I signed the release waiver as the cashier/desk woman said to me "see this is why you have to sign this, i'm not a babysitter. Kids get hurt here all the time." Mean while a kid was screaming and she had no interest in checking on the situation. From the desk you can not thoroughly see the infant/toddler section so we were unaware of the condition of the site. I was very disappointed with the conditions that were availed to me. I understand they did not want to lose the business but that is what insurance is for , and toddlers are inquisitive so of course the bright yellow construction sign was of interest to my baby. I was visiting scouting out a birthday party venue, I was easily persuaded to go elsewhere. Not sure that I would pay to return after my...
Read moreMy son had a great experience with his therapist at Kutest Kids Early Intervention, however the administrative staff leave a lot to be desired. There was ongoing miscommunication from day one. From the required referral forms to initial appointment dates. The person who addresses intake and billing is very unprofessional, she is always on the defensive, not taking into consideration that everyone seeking services from this practice has a child in need that deserves special attention. She avoids phone contact at all cost and relies on deceptive and/ or incomplete emails. We've had several billing issues that could have been proactively resolved but due to her underhandedness (perhaps insurance fraud) it went on for an extended period of time. When our son attended his last session, we were prepared to pay our bill but her staff were unaware of our conversations and insisted we pay the last known co-pay. There is an ongoing theme of poor communication there. She has dampened our experience and unfortunately we will have to discontinue services. It is very hard to find a speech therapist that your child bonds and accepts support from. I guess we will get back to the drawing board to find a good therapist with good...
