I recently discovered her services online and I knew from the moment I connected with her to schedule an appointment, that she was a kind, professional, personable, and caring hairstylist. BiBi does not disappoint and made my hair braiding experience enjoyable from start to finish. Her studio is very clean, cozy, comfortable, and chic. My first installment of braids were so gorgeous and were so meticiulously done with incredible style and care. The process was seamless and even enjoyable, as Bibi had me laughing the whole time. I moved to the Philly area almost 10 years ago and took me YEARS to find a hair braider that does great quality work. Found this place through Instagram around May 2024 for an boho braided bob style and instantly knew this will be my go to spot. I went back around end of July for a small boho goddess braid style (this time I used my own hair I bought)that came out looking amazing. Clearly the good comments are friends of hers or ppl she know! First off its not a salon , she is in the basement of a house behind a locked door.. She do not know how to do regular braiding or chooses NOT too because single braids cost more. All braiders are suppose to accomidate any style you want, but she will NOT .The customer service if horrible. you sit there for hours and she dont even offer water. She canceled two appts of mine because her childs father is an insecure controlling dictator. upon canceling my appts it was due to her and she left no option for me to reschedule then ended up canceling both my appointments on purpose.
