We had PTG Catering for our wedding at The Highlands Mansion 10.19.24 Probably one of the most affordable caterers we came across and was among the list of vendors Dana from The Highlands provided us. Their sit-down dinner included pasta, salad, and entree. You also can choose 9 appetizers for cocktail hour as well as coffee/tea and assorted sweets. They can provide staff, linens, glasses, mixers, etc. It sounded like everyone we spoke with at our wedding enjoyed their meals and what was served at cocktail hour! I had PTG cater my wedding this year. I loved them. Somehow Gil strikes a perfect balance between personal touches and professional expertise. The food was impeccable and the service was legendary -- Gil made sure my husband and I were fed even in the chaotic whirlwind of the wedding.
