Absolutely horrible. I went to get blood drawn, and they couldn't get enough blood bc I was dehydrated, which is understandable. I was told to go home and rehydrate, and when I cam back, not to check in, but go right to the window and say I was there to finish blood work. I walked in and no other patients were there. I waited for 5 mins before the front desk lady came out, proceeded to completely ignore me and go on with her personal call. After another 5 mins of standing there, waiting for her to finish, I finally said 'excuse me' which she completely ignored. I said excuse me again, and was ignored again. The third time, I said, 'excuse me, I know you're on a call, but I was told to check in with you' then I explained my situation. At this point, 6 other people have come in. She tells me I'm gonna have to sit down and wait my turn bc she's here alone. So, now I'm supposed to wait behind the 6 people that came after me, when the supervisor told me last time to just come to the desk? She says, well, Idk who you are, so, you have to wait. I said, forget it and left. I also watched her get really nasty with 2 other patients. She should not have a job in customer relations....
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience at LabCorp on Chelten Ave on 8/25/25. I brought my 6-year-old daughter, Kae, for a blood draw and the phlebotomist did a horrible job. While the needle was already in her arm, she twisted it sideways, causing Kae to scream in pain and cry hysterically. She kept saying the pain was unbearable until the phlebotomist finally stopped. This was unnecessary and completely unacceptable, especially for a child.
To make it worse, the technician was on the phone using profanity and acting unprofessional right before taking my daughter’s blood. After we left, Kae’s arm was badly bruised and has been in pain for days.
This is not the way to provide medical care to anyone, let alone children. The staff here clearly need proper training, and the technician in question should be disciplined and retrained. We will never return to this location and strongly advise other parents to avoid bringing their...
Read moreMy kid's appointment was 8:15 am but it took more than 45 minutes to get all done. The front desk lady/technician didn't care or look at me when I was waiting by the window to ask some question. Took a long time to get called and asked to be in room 2. While waiting, I heard the technician in room 1 chit chating with a patient for a long time, talking about personal life. This is why this place is so slow! They worked in such slow pace and love to chit chat that a quick blood draw became an almost one hour thing! Luckily I chose an early slot. Cannot imagine how long I would've to wait if I chose later hours. Also, while waiting at room 2, the technician in room 1 came out and saw my toddler and immediately said I'm not drawing your kid's blood, I'm not good with kid. I mean, is this something you would said to a patient/customer? I do not recommend this place at all. Bad customer...
