This place use to be nice, a lady was in the counter but now an interesting guy was there,I went many times, bring friends too because I like it but I feel like they are robbing people right in their faces. The price for combination 30minutes foot massage and 30minutes body massage is $45, plus tip of course, so tip runs between 10%,15%, 20% or however the customer wants, my personal experience, I give 10% which is $5 extra, the guy said its too little, I work hard, I was shocked since I don't know how much do I need to pay extra tip upfront so I gave him $10 he still said it's not enough so I gave him $15 he accepted it without a word...I don't know if he understand or he pretend he don't understand. So I let it pass coz it's the first time, so brought friends over, it happened again, so my brother went there too for a massage because we truly like the lady that manage it before, and she is there but not in the counter, so after my brother's massage he complain again about the tip, it think it is ridiculous, my brother gave him $20, it's okay how much they want for a tip, but I think not stating it before the service is outrageous and demanding how much they want and complaining they work hard is plain unacceptable. I am considering to report this place to L and I. It happens to me not just once, I'm sure it happens...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have had several foot massages from Jim, as well as Anna, and another young lady who went back to China. Anna is amazing for massaging. She is very experienced with all the pressure points, as well as other areas of the body. Not to mention very friendly & welcoming. The linens and towels leave a lot to be desired. Washing the linens more frequently (instead of just placing a paper thin paper on top of the bed after each massage) is highly recommended. No one wants to smell someone elses body odors. Kind of gross for anyone, let alone the highly sensitive human who has a great sniffer. The beds should be wiped down after each massage, as well as sheets should be changed. No one wants to smell other people's body odors, colonges, or perfumes. Very unsanitary for your guest and place of business. Now that you raised the prices, your cleanliness should reflect that. No one should have to use a towel, blanket or sheet that someone used before them. If you were to be inspected by the city of Philadelphia, they would site you for unsanitary facility. I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you strip all the massage beds and foit massage beds and wash everything thoroughly in hot water with detergent. The only thing that would keep me coming back is knowing that Anna still works there and I can get massages from her, as well as foot...

I visit massage places on a regular basis as I am big on self care, but I'm used to the whole body being massaged with oil, not just the back, arms, neck and turned over for a little face, temples and neck rub. Now, the gentleman did a little rubbing of the legs, with a towel over the lower half of my body, but nothing like the back. When I inquired he said I should of got the combo which didn't make sense to me as the body massage should include the lower body. It's $55 for 60 minutes. I gave $80 in cash and the man thought he was going to get a $25 tip. I asked for $10 back. I gave him more than 20%. They don't give you your change, they wait for you to ask for it, which I dislike. Let me give you in your hand. Don't assume! Then they have these cards they stamp. He tried to tell me it's based on what services you received and not how many times you come. All in all, it was an...
