I was so excited to try this new restaurant but my attempt to order take out online and pick it up from the restaurant was very frustrating and I ended up not getting food. First, I ordered pick up on the site (which took a very long time because of the way the online menu is organized, despite the fact that I knew what I wanted). When I finally went to check out, the only option was to pay cash and the site wouldn't let ;me advance. I called the restaurant to inquire about whether they took debit and credit cards (I had no cash on me). The woman who I spoke to told me to put in the order again. So this time I put in the order (again, long process finding everything I wanted again). The credit card option appeared. I selected that, completed my guest profile and submitted the order, which the site acknowledged receipt of. When I got to the restaurant, again they had no record of this online order (30 minutes later). While one of the staff offered to take my order yet again in person and said it would only be 15 minutes, I was tired (it was almost 7pm and I worked hard all day), it was pouring down rain, and I just didn't have it in me to go through a third ordering process, and then wait for it on top of it. It was very frustrating. And I would have spent over $70 (not including tip!). I may try again another time but it was a turn off, even if the food is delicious (which I never found out). We were seated next to what seemed like to be one of the bartenders and her friends.
Our server was a young male who seemed very rushed. Twice, he put down the wrong food and ran away to come back a minute later realizing his mistake. No big deal.
What started to bother me is when the bartender next to us would ask him for kisses, he would then kiss her. It was very unprofessional and kinda made me feel uncomfortable. The bartender, whom I hope was off the clock, was taking multiple shots with her friends.
At one point, she went behind the bar to make a drink and dropped a glass. She shouldn’t have been let back there as she was clearly intoxicated.
I noticed that 20% gratuity was also auto applied to our check. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth, as I would not of tipped the server 20%.
As soon as I placed my card on the table, not even putting it yet in the check book - nor putting my wallet back in my pocket, the server snatched it off the table without saying a word.
I understand the kid probably wanted to get done work asap to hang out with the bartender, but the service was absolutely horrible because of this.

Five of us arrived for dinner. We each ordered a few rolls and I also ordered a small plate. When they were ready, the rolls were dropped off at the table without explanation. It appeared they were organized by the individual ordering, so this wasn't a problem. My roll did not appear to come, but I had my small plate.
I asked and they said it would be out shortly, so we all started eating. More then a few minutes later, they came and told me my roll had been delivered with someone else's rolls. I said that is a problem since I'm not going to pick off another plate during covid and further they had mistakenly eaten one or two. They said I could reorder, so I did.
Fast forward to the bill, and to my surprise I was charged for both rolls. When I raised the issue, they told me "someone ate it" and initially refused to remove it. I stood my ground, continuing to explain I'm not paying for their mistake. While they eventually remove the $6 item from our over $100 bill, their approach lost me.
