I went back and forth on if I should post this review, as I recognize it's a learning lesson for me, but I want this to be precautionary to everyone else. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I wouldn't say he's a scam, but terrible business practices (and I will admit, terrible decision-making by me as well). Reached out for mobile pointless dent removal for two places on my truck, originally quoted a price then when I said it was too high, he said he'd do it for half. Red flag #1 that I ignored. The original plan was a scheduled appointment for a Thursday at my home. He said that was fine and he could do it in no matter the weather (Hurricane Debby had some rain coming through). Flash to the Wednesday before, he asks me to bring it to Willow Grove Mall for the repair rather than the Thursday at home "in case he had to touch up paint." Red flag #2 that I ignored because I did have the time to go Wednesday. I pull up and he says he's able to do the work (mind you I asked for Paintless Dent Removal). To kill time I head to the mall, only to return to find that he has FILLED IN the dents with filler. Red flag #3 is that he doesn't think to call and confirm with me. By this time, it's too late to get the filler out so we leave it and he goes to paint. This man pulls out paint that when it goes on, looks to be a slight shade off of the color of my truck, which he tells me I just have to get blended in or he'll repaint if I order the correct paint. Red flag #4 is that in the week we had the appointment, he never mentioned that there was a possibility of needing to be painted, or that I should provide the correct paint. The job looked okay when it was done, so I paid because it looked better than the dent before. Fast forward to the next morning (8/8/24). I come out and almost all of the paint is off, down to the base coat he put on. I went to 6 different paint shops to get it fixed and they all said they wouldn't touch it because he did a terrible job, didn't finish his work, and they would have to start from scratch. I called the technician and we got into an argument back and forth on how he did bad work, I paid him and was okay with the work (which when the paint was there, I was). Then, low and behold, by 11am on 8/8, some of the filler that he put in had started to come out. Accidentally, I sent him a picture of the original dent and he berated me and called me a liar so I just took the loss but I would caution everyone, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Edit after response: I have a police report from the accident where my neighbor confirmed he hit my PARKED car. Do not let this mans response deter you from my response.

Kris is THE Best in the game! I had a rental over the weekend and it got scrapped from being parked on a south Philly street. I had a pleasant experience with this company. My neighbor's son rode his bike into my passenger side door and left a small crease in the door. I initially received an estimate from a paint less repair place for $450-$500. That price was too high for my budget. I contacted this company on a Sunday and received an immediate response. I sent photos and received an estimate of half of the initial quoted price I received from the other repair place. The mobile auto body representative called the next day and came out to a chosen location. Within 15 minutes the dent was repaired, right before my eyes.
