Dear I am writing to express my deep concerns about the quality and hygiene at the Taco Bell location on Redlion and Boulevard, 9990 Roosevelt Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19114. where I visited yesterday. I ordered two Mexican Pizzas and a Chalupa, and unfortunately, both items were unsatisfactory. The Chalupa shell appeared to have been prepared earlier in the day and was neither fresh nor properly heated. Additionally, the refried beans were hard, likely due to improper storage and temperature control. When I returned to the store for a replacement, I noticed that the employee did not appear to follow proper cooking procedures. Specifically, the Chalupa was not cooked for the appropriate amount of time and was removed prematurely from the fryer. Furthermore, the Mexican Pizzas were stale, and the overall quality seemed compromised, possibly due to the use of oil that had not been properly maintained or changed in a timely manner. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. I also observed that staff did not change gloves between handling orders and interacting with personal items, which is a significant health risk. When I raised my concerns with the manager, she was unprofessional and uncooperative. She did not provide her name and left the area without addressing the issue. I also asked other employees for the manager's name, but they refused to provide any information. Given the seriousness of these issues, I strongly recommend that the health department investigate this location to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The lack of attention to food quality, temperature control, and hygiene practices is concerning, and I believe it poses a risk to customer health. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly

This was the most awful visit to a taco bell I had in the last few years. Ordering via drive thru at this location has been an issue in the past as well so I prefer doing dine in. But, this time I took a chance going through the drive thru this time and I was disappointed again. I had ordered 2 fiesta potatoes and 2 mexican pizzas. I had requested to have the beaf subbed with beans only. The pizzas I got had beans and beaf on both pizzas. The sauce was only placed in the middle and not spread, there were only a few tomatoes on it — also not spread, and the pizza itself was not steamed properly — it still had unmelted cheese on it. I live a few minutes away from this location so I decided to go back and get it remade. The new ones I got had beans only but that was the only thing that changed. The rest of the things were just the same — beans and sauce were not spread, not enough tomatoes, and not steamed properly. While I was there the second time, I ordered a crunchy taco and fiesta potatoes. The taco shell on this order was cracked. Some of the potatoes for both the orders were crunchy and chewy, not as fresh as it should be. Once I got back home the second time, I did not have to time to go back and get the food remade. I decided to eat the food I had and contact customer service. I am highly disappointed with my visit and would really like to hear back from someone either from the franchisee or from the customer service team. Order numbers: 343634 (DT order), 2204406 (Kiosk order)

When they reopened they lost good employees, the manager that ran that place later at night was always making sure his customers were taken care of. The people working there now are TERRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE. THERE IS A TACO BELL NEAR COTMAN AVE THATS 10X BETTER, THEY MAY HAVE REMODDLED BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE THEM GOOD!!! I asked for a soft taco Supreme, 2 cheese rolls up and a cheesy Fiesta potato and it took them 15 mins after I went through the drive through to bring it out to me after saying I needed atleast 5 sauces and gave me 2. What a joke, doesn't deserve one star!! Oh by the way, THIS is a soft taco supreme!!Supreme!!! Wow!!!! Where is my refund?????? Do NOT GO THERE!!!! Added a photo of.my plain soft taco, oh wait... I mean SOFT TACO SUPREME!!! WHY BOTHER!! I used to order after working late every so often. That guy who managed this place before would even find this place a joke now!!! Please get new management, I'm going to call corporate in the AM about these trashy no good employees!!!

It had been years, since I had "ran for the border" to this respective Taco Bell (which is one of the "ground zero," if not the factual "ground zero" aka the first 🌮 Taco Bell franchisee in the greater Philly Neck of the woods... Which if my memory serves me correctly? This "ground zero" 🌮 Taco Bell, has been In this Bustleton section. Of great North East section of the greater Philly, neck of the woods ... On Roosevelt Blvd. & Red 🦁 Lion Road. For well over forty something years. And so since I use to "run for the border" of said 🌮 Taco Bell. Quite often, when I was still a working stiff. For a privately owned domestic/global. HVAC, plumbing, pipes retail sales, supplier, distributor, logistics/warehousing business. Who was then located not to far from said 🌮 Taco Bell border. And since I hadn't ran to said 🌮 Taco Bell border, since early 2011. And I had some spare time. I decided to run to this said 🌮 Taco Bell border; for old times sake. And since I was into my Vegan bag. I ordered a non animal protein meal, with a diet ⛲ fountain Pepsi /four. Of those delicious mini doughnut ball treats. Nearly all of the 🌮 Taco Bell. Vegan foods I ordered/dined on. Was near, dear/agreeable to my budget💰my appetite, my pallette/my feeling of being satisfied/having a full stomach. I had a: Black Bean Crunch Supreme, a Black Bean Quesarito, a Power Menu Bowl Veggie, a Cheese Quesadilla, a Bean Burrito/a Spicy Tostada. With the Spicy Tostada, being to spicy for my pallette/enjoyment. However, the rest of "my run back down memory lane to the border. Of this respective 🌮 Taco Bell's border said meal, was MAGNIFICO... And as former WWF/WWE MULTI CHAMPION/ICONIC HALL OF FAME LEGEND: TITO SANTANA USE TO SAY ......

Its an alright place quick with the order but what gets me is I just came off the turnpike think to myself let me use this $10 change I received FROM THE TOLLBOOTH WORKER!!! and get myself a snack. Well I order up at the drive thru very polite there and then go to pay I hand over the $10 dollars (Again the $10 I received for change from the tollbooth) and taking 2 seconds just feels the $10 looks at it for a split second and says she cant accept it "It's fake". I go to explain I received it from the tollbooth not to far down the road and how does she know its fake. To which the response is its fake sorry cant accept it and then put it on the table in front of her I then ask well can I at least have it back thinking let me look at it ( afterthought should have been can you test it with one of those counterfeit pens?) I was told nope cant get it back sorry please pay up with some other money. To which I do confusingly and go on my way and get no other response from this person. However when I left I saw the cashier neither put it in the money drawer nor put it in an area where you would for counterfeits. Figure they must have pocketed the money cause it disappeared from where I could see it during the change exchange with my other money. So in the end a weird and bad experience would check in on this cause in past when I was told it was counterfeit I do a lot of traveling which gets me money from all over. The cashiers tend to hand back said money so I could look at it and then we find out either it is counterfeit or I point something out and 99.9% of the time they are wrong and we have a good laugh and informed...
