Panera Bread — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The employee told me they do not have bread bowls when I see 2 sitting behind the counter it is ridiculous when I say that’s that’s fine but do you have any other kinds of bread for the Mac and cheese so I can dip it I was told that they do not carry any but it’s in your name Panera bread I am sorry I will never come to this establishment again I hope the manager or someone sees this as I can’t be the only person that has encountered the rudest workers of all time save your $ and go to a different store - update 3-1-25 went in and they did have bread bowls I ordered and left got to work 20 min away and did not get my bread bowl just a small Mac and cheese when I ordered and payed for a large I guess it doesn’t matter the size they just give you whatever they want after calling the manager I was hung up on them drove back to the store to get my refund as I was being told I was the one in the wrong and should have checked before I got my food after that I said whatever please refund me as I need to get back to work I wasted 1hour already then she moved slower then a sloth to the point where I felt the need to leave as I did not believe I would ever be getting my refund or my bread bowl that she put on the cash regester the. Told me I have your bread bowl right here like you didn’t just put it on the dirtiest section of the store I would never go back I have tried multiple times as I like the food but never go to this location no one including the general manager cares about the customers or...

Panera is good. I usually enjoy going there. I was excited when this location opened. But it has steadily been going downhill in service and quality. I usually order bagels from here on my way home from my night shift for the family. I used to be able to go in the side door for for rapid pickup. This method has been changed multiple times where I’m waiting at the rear counter and then they tell me I need to go up front. Another time I come in and proceed to the front counter and can clearly see my order bagged and ready behind the worker, but she tells me I must go to the rear counter. Today I go there and the side door is completely locked. So I guess they’re doing away with that method. There is no consistency here. Now today I get bagels for my son and I chose the option to have them slice the bagels in half. Get the bagels home and one of them is literally sliced at the weirdest angle with only a sliver cut off. No where near sliced in half. Picture is attached. Not to mention they put the everything bagels in with all the other bagels, so now they all taste and smell like everything bagels. I know I’m being picky, but this location started out promising and is steadily declining. Back to the Abington location I guess.

Edited to say they sliced multiple bagels in the same useless manner. And they gave me an Expired...

I highly do not recommend anybody eat at this establishment I ordered two flatbread pizzas and two corn chowder soups and one iced latte to be delivered via Uber. My order consisted of one flatbread pizza two corn chowder‘s and a latte that looks like it was sitting on the counter for two hours. The flatbread pizzas are thinner than Ilios and Ilios might actually be better $40 and some change plus a tip for food that may be costs $10-$15 max.

The manager had an attitude rude disrespectful and could not help me she insisted that I went on some kind of list so the next time that I order from there like that’s going to happen I will be credited with the flatbread pizza. She told me that I needed to contact Uber were there driver and she would remake The pizza if the Uber driver would deliver it I told her forget it I said why don’t you deliver it well we can’t do that well if you can’t stand behind your own food and deliver it then you can give me a refund and that’s exactly what she did but I’m not done there because when I get a hold of my bank I’m gonna get all $40 back and if you have the same issues contact your financial institution and get your money back bunch of...
