Open Space — Attraction in Philadelphia

My sister wanted an outer space themed baby shower and I struck gold with this venue. It was absolute perfection! I never saw the space in person and planned the event from afar, but the staff was helpful from day one. It is way bigger than it seems in pictures. It is well-kept and has everything you would need for your event (a kitchen with fridges, sinks, microwave and two bathrooms). Everything we needed was included in the price (tables, chairs, Bluetooth sound system with microphone, and even some pedestals). I loved the outdoor area and the mural they have outside is beautiful and of course fit the baby shower theme so perfectly that my sister thought we requested the mural. There was an attendant there the day off in case we had questions or needed help. My biggest worry was parking, but thankfully we didn't have an issue finding spots for all our guests. In any case I would not deduct any points for parking as this is located in a major city and parking is something beyond their control. The space is nice 3 bathrooms and a kitchen to use refrigerator, microwave however you will need to rent extra tables and chairs from the owner which to me is crazy!! They give you 4 tables and 20 chairs with your rental but if you're having more than 20 guests you will need to rent them. I passed on this venue to host my daughters 30th birthday party and there is no parking there is a lot the owner said you can use i think don't quote me. Went here for an art show and had a really great time. It's not very big, but it didn't feel overly crowded, so that was nice. The entrance/exit points were a little confusing. The door that exits to the street is not the main entrance, you walk around the left of the building and enter through what I would consider the back of the building, but maybe that was specifically for the event I attended, not sure.
