AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I have ordered from this location three times and have yet to receive an accurate order.
The first time they left off a topping. We didn't complain just ate it and chocked it up to them being busy.
The second time we ordered pizza and buffalo wings. When we got home we found out the buffalo wings were barbeque wings instead. We called to tell them we got the wrong type of wings. They offered to put a coupon on our phone number to make it right and the next time we called in we would get a free buffalo wing order.
The third time we call in for delivery, tell them we are supposed to have a 'make it right coupon' on our phone number. After a few minutes they figure it out, and we put in an order for wings and another pizza to go with it. The driver shows up and only hands me a box of pizza. I ask where our wings are that we ordered. She tells me there is no wings on the order and I'll have to call them to get it fixed. I call them back and talk to Willis. I tell him that I didn't receive my wings and how they were supposed to be comped for the last mistaken order. Also, I look at the pizza and see that the half that is supposed to be pepperoni has TWO pieces of pepperoni on an extra large pizza! He tells me he can't see it, I ask him to ask for the other person that took my order. He argues with me for a few minutes and finally tells me he can give me wings, but I'll have to pay the delivery fee again. I explain how crazy it is to pay the delivery fee on something that I already paid the delivery fee on. I ask to speak with the manager and he tells me he is the manager. He keeps saying there is no way to do it without charging the delivery fee. At this point I give up. The staff at this Papa John's is okay with getting paid for a product and not providing that product. Read moreThis store is by far the worst Papa Johns ever in history. I ordered 2 pizzas online and used my Papa Dough Points, but the delivery driver only delivered 1 pizza. I called about my order and they gave me the run around and stated that I would have to come in and pick up my pizza. Not only did I tip the delivery driver, but I ordered delivery. Who in their right mind wants to come pick up a pizza that they ordered delivery for? Who's to say that they have that way of transportation to get to the store they ordered the delivery from. Not only was I not able to speak with a manager, but also the customer service number just keeps telling me to call back because they have a heavy call volume. I will never ordered from this store again. And the delivery driver needs to be fired. This stores customer service is very off. I never got accommodated for their failure to do their job or the inconvenience of me having to coming all the way up to the store just to get any action at all. They told me I had to call back after 5pm for a manager, as if I wasn't missing food and wasn't a paying customer. They did not wanna comp me and I had a hard time getting my Papa Dough back even though I never received my full order. AND I am still not sure if they sent my Papa Dough back to my account. Read moreIf there is a 0 star option, I would give it a 0 star in an heartbeat. I ordered here a day ago. I ordered and paid for delivery. I called multiple times about the status about my delivery. The person who picked up the phone said that he'll ask the manager to tell me my status for my delivery. They told me to wait 10 minutes before calling again. I chose to wait 15 minutes to be nice. I called again and he said he'll transfer my information to the manager for my delivery status. I waited for almost 2 hours and my order never came. I called in to cancel my order and to have a refund. I ended up ordering again through doordash. The person who picked up said that when the manager is in, the manager would call me for the refund. I called in 2 times today for the manager, and they keep telling me to call back in after a certain amount of time only because I want my refund. The manager still hasn't called me for my refund. Also, when you press on 2 for the status of your order, it will be a hangup on the phone instead of your status. DO NOT PAY WITH CARD FOR DELIVERIES! There's no guarantee that you will get the delivery and if you do, there's no guarantee that you'll get a refund. I would never order...
