I called this shop to ask about getting a silk press, black hair dye, and a wash and blow dry. Over the phone, I was told everything would be $50, with the dye costing a little bit more. When I arrived, I kept asking for the exact total, but I wasn’t told the real price until after I was already seated with my hair being washed — it turned out to be $175.

Since I was already there and don’t drive, I decided to go through with it. Her daughter dyed my hair, but when she was done, my hair was still the same color as before. She said she didn’t know why it didn’t take and told me to come back the next day so she could redo the dye for free and trim my ends at no charge if I got another wash and blow dry.

When it came time to pay, there was also an unexpected $10 card fee, bringing the total to $185.

Today was my 1st time there and omg when I say these ladies know how to do hair I mean it 100 percent.. from walking in and them being so nice giving me coffee n a snack to get my hair washed n omg that was amazing then sitting down n getting my hair done these woman know how to run a salon. The best salon I been to by far. I will be going back every 2 weeks to get my hair loved on. Because truly that's how it felt like they did my hair with love... I got my hair washed deep treated cut blow dryed n straighten n the price was also amazing. I promise you ladies won't be disappointed.
