Philly's Nails — Attraction in Philadelphia

I was serviced by Tina. I had an appointment for a gel refill and gel pedicure. I arrived at 1pm 1st red flag I clearly said I have an appointment with Tina. She never acknowledged me just continued to eat her fruit. Someone else asked me again who am I there for then I was acknowledged. Another customer walked in and was offered wine or water (I wasn’t offered anything). I then said please leave the shape of my nails the same as they were. She changed the entire shape. I had to shape one myself for her to get it close to right. So an hour and a half later her next appointment walked in so she told me someone else would have to do my pedicure. I said no ma’am I want who I booked. She repeated again someone else can do it. She was unprofessional the entire time. She talked about how much she disliked her coworker (the other Tina). Kept stopping bc she can’t talk and work. If I could give no stars I would. Never...

it was my first time here and i got a full set and gel pedicure on April 10th. i loved my nails after they were finished, they were so cute but they didn’t even last a full week… went on vacation and just 3 days after getting them done a few of them started to lift. by the following Friday, April 18th, they all lifted and were off, as shown in my pictures below. i’ve never had a full set last this short amount of time. i tried calling them that Saturday to get this resolved and the lady on the phone couldn’t find a time to even resolve it for me and said they don’t do refunds. she said she was gonna call me back and never did. she acted as if i was an inconvenience on the phone when i paid a lot of money ($114) and i was the one that was inconvenienced. really upset and...

I was served today by Trish , I’m picky about my cuticles. I want my manicure done on a clean nail bed. I’ve been keeping my nails short because the tips keep splitting, cracking and breaking probably due to my new drug protocol. Trish cleaned the nail bed removing the dead cuticles, did a good job applying the gel polish smoothly, shaped the nails in a pleasing rounded shape around the tips of my fingers. 4 of my fingers have polish residue around the outside tips. But when the polish has set for a day I can remove that with a cotton swab. Iam well pleased with the job she did and the...
