Went to see Pietro today for wedding bands. Truly an unforgettable experience. We went in with almost no clue about what we wanted. Pietro is very patient and walked me and my fiancé through every step of the process. On top of it, any nervousness we may have had going in was quelled by Pietro’s great sense of humor. He had us laughing the entire time which was incredibly comforting to us two younger people investing in one of the most important material items we will ever buy. The selection is excellent. Him and his team will not stop at you just “liking” what your buying, he also can customize the ring of your dreams. From our minimal direction he was able to come up with a beautiful ring for my fiancé that we will have customized. Brought a cross that was very special given to me by my grandfather who had passed away to get repaired and they lost it…. The worst part is nobody called me to tell me they lost it. I called for a month and they kept putting me on hold every time until finally the owner came on to inform me that he had lost it… He did try to make good on it by making me another one but unfortunately its irreplaceable i wont accept another cross. The cost of the piece means nothing it was the sentimental value and i thought i could trust this Jeweler but i thought wrong . Very sad and heart breaking… I am disgusted on how i was treated by the employees its like they didnt even care, and even though they want to make a replacement, it will never be the same. I’ve brought in broken watches, bracelets, rings, etc. and they’ve been able to help me out every time.

I’ve also purchased multiple pieces straight from the case, have had a few pieces custom made (including some incredible earrings my wife wore on our wedding day, salvaging a damaged bracelet she inherited), and each time walked away happy.
