If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. Online, the store hours clearly state that the store stays open until 10:00pm on Saturdays. I’m from Los Angeles, and this Saturday was my only day to visit this store to pick up Eagles merchandise. I get to the store at 9pm and they’ve locked the doors and are in the process of closing the store. I could see the employees through the window and they were looking right at me as I tried to open the door. And they wouldn’t open the door. I went to my car and tried to call, And they had a message playing that said “Hi! Thanks for calling Rally House, our team members are currently celebrating the Eagles win.” That’s it. No sign was posted on the door explaining why they were closed or anything. The hours in the door say 9pm. If those are the new hours, then they should be changed on Google. Because people that don’t live here have no idea that the hours on Google are wrong. No “team members” came to the door to explain this to anyone. Nor did they look like they cared. I was not the only one who attempted to go to this store during that time. One guy drove all the way from New York. It was ridiculous and absolutely unprofessional to not even offer an explanation or a better message on the answering machine. At least one that would explain the store hours. I was furious. But, thankfully I went to the Target next door and was able to buy Eagles merchandise from a business that is actually worth my money and my time. If you’re thinking about going to the Ivy location, DON’T. That location should just close down. Since they clearly don’t care about doing...
Read moreI walked in last night to purchase a gift - I was in there for no more than 2 minutes when I realized it was very warm inside the store - mind you - it is extremely humid outside and as been for weeks. I go to the check out and was kindly greeted by an employee who I won't mention a name. I asked him why it was so warm inside the store and he said that they haven't had air conditioning for WEEKS. Being very concerned - I said to him that maybe he should have a fan so he can stay cool - he stated that the employees bought one from Amazon - but corporate told him it wasn't allowed in the store so they had to remove it. WHAT?! This company obviously doesn't care about their workers! I was sweating within MINUTES of being in that store- and these poor employees are in there for HOURS in the heat with NO relief and they are bringing cases of waters for themselves each day in an attempt to be comfortable- which THEY ARE STILL NOT!! This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating their employees that way! Walking into a store that is just as warm and uncomfortable as it is outside is not acceptable. I give the staff so much credit for still being friendly and helpful in these circumstances. They bought a fan for themselves and weren't allowed to bring it in. Rally House should be ashamed!!! Corporate are probably sitting in an air conditioned office - with their feet up on the desk - making hundreds of thousands of dollars yet you have young adults reporting to work in unsafe, uncomfortable working conditions!! BE...
Read moreCame in here Monday morning, there was quite a few employees standing behind the registers just chatting (not the issue just important to the story). It was about 9:15am and I was the only in the store so no big deal, I didn't need help, then 3 more employees come out from the back and go up to the registers now there's like 6 employees standing up there. Now one of the guys comes out from the registers and is following me around the store. Not speaking to me, not offering help, and not even working, folding or restocking, just following and watching me. SO creepy and SO obvious! I ended up leaving with nothing after being made to feel so uncomfortable after trying to...
