This may be a place for an older, WHITER crowd.POC will feel uncomfortable quick. You will be spoken through and not to i.e “the patio is closed and “they” can’t be out here! Which boggles my mind since it was heated and others where seated out there and it was 7pm on a Saturday night! And the bar hostess led us out there. But were abruptly referred to as “they”and ushered out. Not very inclusive. Needless to say, after that awkward and uncomfortable moment “they” weren’t gonna spend any money at Throwbaxx. I'd give this place about 18/10 Madones. Great pub style food that is paired with awesome staff. I've been going here for about a year since they have reopened post quarantine in the Manayunk/Roxborough area. They have Quizzo/Trivia night every Wednesday where I can display my lack of knowledge in many different topics. The place is newly renovated inside-out with an expanded patio in the back for a corn hole league they do every Sunday! Updated Review: (currently the best Wings in Philly) Throwbaxx has a new chef and updated menu and the food is simple but AMAZING.
