Got the worst ā€œserviceā€ here. Recapped below the best I could: Sat for 1 hour plus with no service until we asked someone if we could order and the waitress responded rudely. Multiple waitresses said they would come clean our table from the previous party but no one ever came to clean it off. waitresses made a rude comment at us how we could’ve sat at the clean table in front of us - but there was a couple sitting there before that gone to the restroom so we couldn’t. Multiple servers/waitresses passed by us without any giving attention or care but the two tables around us got served and attended to before us and multiple times by different waitresses, and those people came in after us. The waitresses served and checked in on multiple people next to us but barely once on us. Murillo waitresses also said they’d clean the table for us then no one ever did, we just ate on a dirty table. Our waitress then apologized during the service for the wait and said she would comp the first round but I ordered a seltzer which is already free and never comped my partner for his first drink (that he never even ordered - she gave him the wrong drink.) Waitress gave my partner the wrong drink, then brought over the wrong amount of wings and charged us for the wrong more expensive wings we never even got. Not sure if I was given this poor service because of my race and being a POC but the horrible service ruined the...

So, I have been going here for a while to get the Wit or Witowski hoagie. Its pretty good but always pretty pricey. Anyway, recently they switched to seeded roll option, its about $2 more. Before the seeded roll I used to spend $19.09 but with the seeded roll its $22.46. You pay a premium for the seeds, I get it, I am not upset about that. I ordered one today, though, avoiding the seed option (as you can see in the photo) and they still charged me $22.46. They also conveniently left out any indication of what my item was at all on the receipt. So, just be careful and double check what you're paying bc it feels like they're trying to take advantage of people they think wont notice. Edit after Response: I walked in specifically looking to check the price difference, so while I wasn't given an itemized receipt by the restaurant, I don't believe the one I signed is itemized. They have the only copy, so I can only go off memory.

Edit, as you can see from the response, both their seeded and normal rolls are the same price. A practice that in my experience is uncommon, so its pretty easy to see how there is confusion as to why the same product costs more conveniently as a new product is rolled out. This is something that clear communication about cost changes could've solved....

Our office ordered lunch today. Everyone said how awesome the food was so I was excited to try. I went with something that I was sure couldn’t be bad - a burger (malt house). I guess no sauce or anything comes on the burger so if you order it ask for sauce. I was really disappointed. No sauce but the burger itself was juicy so it made up for it a little with how well it was cooked. But it was so greasy to the point the burger was just sitting in a ton of grease in the container which made the bottom bun really soggy. I ordered queso for the fries and didn’t get it so didn’t really eat the fries either because I do prefer to dip them in something. They didn’t taste good (zero salt or seasoning I could taste) but they look like fresh made fries which I like.

I was disappointed in their hummus too. Pita is super good. Hummus was subpar (also a seasoning issue it’s missing a couple things). I think this spot is adorable though and the service is great. I just am disappointed with the food I’ve had so far. Maybe get their specialities instead? I hear the Notorious FIG is...

My good friend Pennsylvania State Representative Kevin Boyle recommended this place to me, he said it's his favorite bar to go to and blow off some steam while unwinding after work. I just visited this place last night for the first time and it was FANTASTIC!!! The Wit or Witowski sandwich was amazing and being a fan of sour beers, I thoroughly enjoyed a couple of Keep On Keepin' On sours by Lithermans Brewing Company, it paired well with the sandwich. I saw a lot of military servicemen in here having a great time, they said it was even better than a promotion! The staff was terrific and made this such an enjoyable evening that I'l never forget! Thanks so much! I'l be back!
