The FouNDation - Events Venue — Attraction in Philadelphia

I give the foundation 5 stars because this establishment exceeded my expectations. To begin they are very polite and professional. The price for the space was great considering all the accommodations. I’ve rented event spaces for just the space. The Foundation had someone on site as needed, surround sound, projection screen as needed, special lighting, tables and chairs!!! I WAS IMPRESSED! The space is very nice and clean. The space screams classy, sophisticated, yet modern, which is suitable for ANY event or occasion. The location is central, easy access to all area of the city and close to the freeway for out of state travelers. We didn’t have a good experience at all. The owner was very rude and unprofessional. My sister had her baby shower there and was treat unfairly. We was respond for picking up chairs and tables that was already set up they didn’t have anything to do with us. My sister was told that she had to give the owner a 200$ Deposit to make sure that no damages was done to the property. No damages of any kind was done to the property but she was still denied her security deposit because we went over our time by 5mins. That didn’t have anything to do with damages of any kind. The place don’t have a refrigerator of any kind nor a mirror in the bathroom. We was having a hard time setting up the speaker for the music. The lance was really small for what she charge. Let me start by saying what a gorgeous space!! My family and friends were so in love with the space and kept commenting on how perfect it was for our baby shower. Everyone we worked with to coordinate our event (specifically Mary and Tamika) were so helpful and accommodating. Tamika even helped set up the room since we got stuck in traffic! The level of professionalism and kindness we experienced made the whole event so much less stressful and made us feel truly special.
