Was looking through the window from my vehicle and was extremely intrigued. I then saw a guy walk into the store which assured me the store was actually still open for business therefore I got out of my vehicle being I assumed the guy who just walked in was also a customer. Turns out the guy who walked in was the actual sales person who obviously left the store unattended and unlocked. I greet the guy being he didn’t greet me and asked if I could look at the bedroom sets being I was looking for specific pieces to my current bedroom set however he was unable to speak clearly and his eyes were blood red therefore I again inquired for permission to look at bedroom sets in which he still never responded as a sales person. I walked up the couple of stairs and located the pieces I was looking for which was the dresser and mirror and two night tables so I inquired for a price. He stated my set was discontinued in which I assured him I was aware which is why I’m wanting to buy the pieces I saw. This guy tells me I HAVE TO buy the set there in which I informed him that this was not a set which goes with the pieces and he had a 3drawer night table and a 2 drawer night table telling me I WOULD HAVE TO BUY THE SET TO ONTSIN THE PIECES So i said thanks I will take my money elsewhere to conduct professional business in which he appeared to NOT CARE SO I LEFT...

Love, Love, Love my new sofa chaise that was delivered the other day!

True story: I saw the furniture in a staged home I toured for a real estate client. Contacted the staging company to find out where I could purchase it. They sent me a link to the manufacturer, where I was then able to search local stores that sold it.

Fast forward to meeting Cha Cha at Home Gallery Furniture's 40th & Market St's location. She was personable, engaging, friendly, and accommodating. My delivery experience was a pleasure as well. Art & Deebo called in advance, arrived on time, and took considerable care to respect my request regarding shoe coverings. They ensured that the trash was disposed of properly and that my home was left in the same condition...clean and in order.

This was my first experience with this furniture store. I am so glad to have found them and my sofa chaise! My only complaint is an inside joke;) Maybe...

This is one of the worst furniture place ever! Please don’t buy anything here!! Please you will make a big mistake and regret this forever, i just bought a sofa for $1000 and they delivered very late my sofa and the movers are very unprofessional, rude and have an attitude. They were arguing and complaining the whole time why they have to bring the sofa on the 3rd floor, when they came with the sofa at my hall they pushed the sofa so hard inside they broke my wall!!! I live in a very expensive building and I wish I paid more and bought my sofa somewhere else but never from them! They broke my wall and even lied after this was my fault! They left the sofa unpacked and run away, please everyone don’t buy NEVER from them...
