Unethical, dishonest, and should not be allowed to continue practicing medicine in the interest of the general public. Very traumatic experience that is causing me to lose faith in the healthcare industry as a whole. Please see similar reviews for their Scottsdale facility; this is not a unique experience unfortunately.

1.) I made an appointment with Dr. Yorgason

2.) I never met him. Instead, without informing me or asking if it was okay, I was instead assessed by a nurse practitioner. As a result, I’m being billed out of network instead of in network.

3.) I went in for a hearing issue. No hearing related tests were done by the NP. No hearing related questions were asked by the NP.

4.) the first thing that was done was a CT scan of my head without informing me it was a CT scan until after. I assume I’ll get a $1,000 bill soon. It was just called “some pictures.”

5.) my ct scan was shown on a screen next to a “normal image,” which felt very preplanned regardless of what my image would have looked like. I was then told a ballon sinuplasty would fix symptoms that I never said I had.

6.) the nurse practitioner proceeded to schedule me for a balloon sinuplasty despite the fact that it is unlikely to fix my hearing issue. When I asked if my CT scan images would have suggested a hearing issue in the absence of my comments, the answer was “no.” This means a surgical procedure was being recommended to “fix” an issue when there was no correlation between root cause and symptom.

This facility is pushing a one size fits all procedure on anyone who walks through its doors in the interest of profit. Absolutely despicable operation and people who...

The workers overall are really nice, but there's a couple of things I found a problem, my doctor referred me here due to my unexplainable hives and after a blood work being done they said I was allergic to cats and i needed to get an epipen, which something in me didnt feel that was the case (i had a cat for two years) and i never had gotten a reaction until now, unfortunately my cat had passed away and I moved to a different home and my hives were not going away in fact they got worse, so i went to a different allergist, and to my surprise I have chronic Urticaria and even though I am allergic to cats, that wasnt the cause of the hives. Another problem is they told me i needed to get a balloon sinuplasty due to my sinuses being inflamed, i went ahead with the procedure in July and it comes time to pay for the medical bill and around that time my insurance had not responded to the bill so i asked if they can wait until my insurance responded and to give me a call or email me when they had said something and i never received any information. Both my insurance and their billing department are not communicating and is giving me two different numbers and its started to get very annoying because I had my procedure done in July and it's now November and I still have no idea what's going and the guy from the billing department is practically useless because everytime I call he would said he would have someone call me back about it and I never...

I went in to get my ear cleaned. I was looking for a place that could clean out my ear that day and had no idea it was a sinus place. Not being able to hear properly is very triggering for me. Well, when I got there I realized the only way to get upstairs was the elevator. I typically do not like taking elevators. When the NP Stephanie came in at first she seemed empathetic but after explaining my anxiety she left the debrox in my ear longer than I felt was needed. I read the box before I got there. This didn’t help me feel any better. Then she went on to tell me I have borderline severely inflamed sinuses and I pretty much need a procedure. She told me if this wasn’t done I could possibly lose my hearing. Like the wording was all pretty strong and tone deaf to someone that was already on the verge of a panic attack. She came off kind of mechanical and cold. I don’t feel she understands anxiety at all. Well anyways I ended up getting the procedure. Carlos, the dental assistant was like an angel the day of my procedure. He was so patient and kind. I highly recommend him for anyone that has anxiety. Honestly everyone else there was so kind and seemed genuine. I researched the doctor and he has a pretty impressive resume. I was comfortable with in doing the balloon sinuplasty.
