Do not eat here unless you love getting your orders messed up and getting lied to by impatient rude incompetent employees! Called in an order for pickup. Field greens salad (no special order), and a regular pizza with salami feta and basil. It took TEN MINUTES to explain a three-topping pizza!! Then I get there, wrong salad and they did salami and feta only on the pizza (no mozzarella, or basil for that matter)!! I had to explain I wanted regular red sauce and mozz w these three toppings FOUR TIMES (how is this order that difficult to understand?), and I get there and itโ€™s still way wrong. So I call them back when I get home to tell them. They said they would re-do the order free, and toss in a dessert and drink. So ofc I oblige (even tho I just wanted a refund). We go over the order, and they still didnโ€™t get it I had to explain my toppings 4 or 5x AGAIN! And they messed it up again! They did the feta as my main cheese, not just a topping, no mozz (wth??), and no basil! Mortally the same thing they just didโ€ฆ So I mention it, and they dump a GIANT handful of basil all over my pizza, just WAY too much. I said โ€œokay, but usually the fresh basil is put on before cooking,โ€ and she says ,โ€ no we put all our herbs on after itโ€™s done cooking.โ€ Which I know is a lie, bc Iโ€™ve ordered this same thing from here before. What an ordeal for a simple pizza and salad. Messing something up is forgivable, but having to explain a 3-topping pizza TEN TIMES, on two separate calls, and they mess it up the same way BOTH TIMES?? Then lying about the basil thing? Incompetence and no accountability, just pushing the blame and lying. Never eating here again, telling ALL my friends...

Will not be returning to this location and would not recommend coming here if you are gluten free.

I have been here twice, both online orders. The first time was a few weeks ago and I had a poor service experience. It was a non-Friday weekday afternoon and not busy at all. When I walked up to the counter to pick up my order, there were two employees, one of whom was a man behind the register who literally ignored me. I stood there for several minutes before he walked to the back and then the other woman employee helped me. I got my pizza and it was tasty.

I decided to give this place another chance. Again I returned tonight having made the same online order. I picked up the pizza and was walking away from the counter when the employee told me that the pizza was not the gluten free cauliflower crust I had ordered. I could not eat this regular non-gluten free pizza crust. (Granted I would have noticed this wasnโ€™t cauliflower crust by the time I got home and tried to eat it.) Then it was unclear if Iโ€™ll actually be refunded because the system said I paid with Amex, and I donโ€™t even have an Amex card. The employees also implied it was my fault they couldnโ€™t reach me even though my phone number is on the level up account (??).

This place seriously needs to educate its workers on food allergies, and if they donโ€™t have a product available, customers shouldnโ€™t be able to...

Drove from 33rd Avenue during lunch to this location. I knew I wanted either Fired Pie or Jimmy Johns (freaky fast), as I had limited time. I decided on Fired Pie, when I walked in it was great. Literally no one else in front of me. I walked right up and immediately ordered my pie. I was a little bummed as the shift manager making my pizza was a little stingy with the mushrooms but oh well I have noticed this place has gotten stingy with their meats and veggies lately. I paid and pie was placed into oven. For some reason the shift manager decided to hold a staff meeting right then and there directly in front of the oven. As she talked to 8 or 9 employees for over 10 min. Again in front of the oven, I watched my pizza burn. It wasn't until I made eye contact with an employee and made an annoyed face did they turn around to look at my pizza. The manager had them start another one immediately and continued to talk as if it was no bother to her. When the pizza was done, no apology or anything. My pizza was put in the oven at 2:06pm and I didn't get out of there until 2:23pm. Again, there were no customers ahead of me. I like Fire Pie, it's why I don't mind driving so far to get it on limited time. But I think I will pass on this...

Food was great as always. Of course went during lunch so it was busy but still fast service. Only issue is the female emloyee the cash register that made a smart comment about contributing to their charity for kids. She asked me if I would like to contribute and I said yes but I don't think she heard me (its pretty loud during lunch rush). My guess is she assumed I said no then copped an attitude and made a snide comment. I didn't make a big deal out of it or even comment about it because it wasn't worth my time. However, I think she needs to be careful of what she says in front of customers because its rude and often a misunderstanding.

I love fired pie pizza! I have not tried their specialty pizza yet. Every time I have visited I have tried to build your own pizza. Even during lunchtime when it is crowded the service is pretty fast. Their salad menu looks pretty good as well I may try that in the near future. I love there a thin though and the pizza has always been cooked perfectly. Itโ€™s never burnt crispy. The place is organized and clean. Parking is pretty easy. I have only tried another pizza joint that is similar to fired pie until recently but after going to fired pie it has become my favorite pizza place! ๐Ÿค lovely place for a quick lunch take out!

Went to fired pie today and received terrible service from Kalicia. Management feel free to reach out to me! New experience on 10/6/23. I have no idea whatโ€™s going on here. The staff almost seems to hate their customers. Thankfully the manager or whoever he was saw that nobody was assisting me, after making eye contact with me and decided to assist. Unfortunately his pizza making skills were terrible. Attached is a pic of their pizza for your own consideration. The guy just squirted a couple lines of sauce and threw a few toppings on there. Save yourself the money and frustration and do not visit this location.
