Brows threading Salon & eyelash extensions — Attraction in Phoenix

Update:: Two days later eyelashes started falling out. Thank you for wasting my hard earned money.

So I came here because it is close by my nail salon. I explained to the woman who was doing my eyebrows, clean up my left to not reshape and demonstrated where not to thread.

She did everything I asked her not to and then pressured me into saying I liked it.

Whole dialect: "You like?" "You took too much off" "so you happy?" "Not really" "Why? You look good" "fine whatever"

Then the b!+€# that did my lashes put them too far back and they are scratching my d@mn eyes. Woke up in pain and couldn't open my eyes. Sent a nice text at 4 am asking if she could fix the few of them and explained the discomfort it is now two days later and heard nothing back. They are not as pictured they are cheap dollar cluster lashes.

I would say this place sucks. And it's tiny and pricing are mall prices. Lol sh!tty place. Never again. I'll just get e everything I need from Seduction...

I and my mother that's disabled and hardly ever gets outta the house anymore due to her terminal illness went to get our brows done, walked in signed in told us we were next after the family that was in taking up all the seating . That by putting my number in when signing in would be sent a text to to let us know to come back , even stopped back by after receiving the 2 confirm coupon texts and asked does this mean your ready for us , she said no another one will come to u but you two are next . 35 mins later after waiting outside in the heat mind you with my terminal I'll mother we walk back up to the shop and she's got a whole nother crew in her shop. This is just so unclassy , unprofessional and very inconsiderate . Karma is a B . Hope no one else gets treated this way infact if your smart you'll go to pretty threading like I usually do but was full today but heck I won't ever...

I went here a while ago for my very first set of extensions....it was a horrible experience...they lashes looked so bad and she didnt even ask how I wanted them done or if I liked them...she took advantage of me not knowing anything about lashes and TOLD me how I wanted them done. It was uncomfortable and she got glue in my eye, they use cheap plastic cluster lashes and she overlapped them so much that it wasnt even 24hrs before they started falling off..i called to ask if they could fix them and was told I would have to pay the refill price!!! After 2 days!!!! Also during the visit she basically insulted me saying I needed my eyebrows done and I said oh okay but she tinted and threaded them WITHOUT telling me they were separate services..i didnt ask for a tint she just did it! But I had to pay for it.. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER..its also dirty and...
