brows threading salons — Attraction in Phoenix

I visit this place off and on, and every time I go there I see new people that work there so you do know how their work is....I went there today to get full face treading the new girl didn't ask me what I wanted to get done so She automatically started to do my eyebrow then I told her that I want to do full face which she did but once I got home and looked closer she didn't cut the top part of my eyebrow and I still had hair under my eyebrow and my face wasn't even tread right. So I took the time to call the owner to let her know about my experience very respectfully she released the line, at first I thought maybe her call dropped so I called her three more times to finish my conversation with her but she didn't answer me and didn't even return my call. Very disappointed with the service and this will be my last time to visit any of...

This was my very first time having my eyebrows thread instead of waxed. I really loved the way my eyebrows looked when she finished however the customer service was horrible. The lady that provided the service didn't have a good attitude at all. I'm looking for my credit card to pay and she's tapping her nails really loud on the counter as if she's rushing me to pay her even though there was absolutely no one else in the shop but her and me. She processed my card then threw my card down on the counter instead of handing it back in my hand like I did when I gave it to her. I felt horrible when I left the shop, that was worst customer service experience experience...

I felt rushed the moment I went in, but it wasn’t busy. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded hundreds of times, this was one of the most painful I’ve felt. Also, extremely uneven, and sloppy work. I’m going to need to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I miss places that actually cared about making my eyebrows look nice, it’s like it doesn’t exist anymore. When preety threading went downhill I came here, the first girl initially did wonderful, but now it’s someone else and my eyebrows...
