3 acres of park \ lake residential fishing (it's stocked)(must have license), lots of ducks & geese; has an island can walk into over bridge with rock sculpture & stream that runs out into lake. Has basketball court, tennis court, 2 baseball diamonds, & awesome playground - all have seating around to watch play. Restrooms are between baseball diamonds. Lots of room for everyone, sidewalks to walk or ride bicycle, also can walk or ride down next to canal. Is awesome at sunrise. I love taking pics of sunrise & ducks at play.

This COULD be a really nice park. We're new to fishing community lakes and we happened to be in the area around 5pm, so we decided to check it out despite the bad reviews. Yeah, the reviews are still accurate. Lots of trash in the pond. Fished for about an hour, saw multiple people fishing as well. Caught 2 plastic bags. Other fishermen were catching garbage as well, but no fish. It's supposed to be stocked with trout today, but I sure wouldn't eat anything I caught out of here. I don't know how often the city cleans this place, but it needs to be more often and it needs to be dredged. They seem to flood irrigate the grass, so any fertilizer is going to end up in the...

By FAR one of the worst park/lakes here in the valley. I don't see how the city of Phoenix allows such places to get destroyed the way this park is. I went there to fish this morning was there for 20 minutes and left. I wasn't sure if I was there to fish or pull TRASH out of the waste filled I wouldn't even call this a lake. I don't really mind the homeless people but the city NEEDS to use our tax money to up keep the park(s) perhaps restock it I didn't even get a single nibble. This is something that should have or could have been handled during quarantine go and straighten out parks suchs as these clean out the "lakes" and get the...
