Disappointed and disgusted with the misinformation on their website. They don't help people who surrender their license or live on their own...as they say they do. They simply judge and make up their own story and DQ people.

My mom gave up her rights to drive due to being medicated and nervous after a car accident -- for her safety and that of others- at 69- and Duet DQd her for making a smart decision then told her due to the fact she sees a MD/Psychiatrist for specific prescription medication that she is DQ because how do they know if she may have a melt down in a car for a ride -- what does that even mean? That is JUDGEMENTAL. They don't know what her diagnosis is? Are you going to tell me none of their clients see a psychiatrist?

Please, please make sure you are ready to lose your mind when you are trying to help your parents out because this organization is not honest with their words. Disappointed and disgusted on...

Very innovative approach. This public platform is going to produce some great results I know it. I understand all too well the difficulties surrounding caring for a love one. Anything helps.

Please add a board for ideas, input and for helpful hints.

Sure your gonna have problems, but i can tell this is a great bunch of people who are interested in solutions. Lets help um out. Things that dont seem like such a big thing, can be very difficult for others. If you know a easy way to do something or have something that seems like it shouldnt be so hard post it! After placing my initial call and given the information as what was to be their requirements I called back the next day about getting there services. At which time I am advised that they must have a letter from my physician stating I am not allowed to drive and that I can call dial-a-ride for a ride to go to my doctors appointments. I am a COPD patient and on the lung transplant list asking for help to get to doctors appointments, and I am told we will not help you.
