Couple times a month, my husband and I meet up with my stepdaughter at this locasian. And we usually have a really your time.. today we came in and ordered the usual 3 buffets. And 3 drinks and went on about our business. The cashier was very friendly. It was a gentleman there was a young man and a young girl Keeping the pizza's in Location on the buffet. For most people Ranch is there preferred dipping sauce. For us it's Peter Piper marinara and today the marinara was not prepared in a timely manner as it was still cold an hour later, every 10 or 15 minutes we would check back at the line and the guy that was back there rotating pizzas would tell me not quite ready yet. He knew that we didn't want some cool / warm marinara sauce, he knew that we wanted it hot! However, the girl that was rotating pizzas when she would check it she would hold the cup in her hands and try to determine whether or not the temperature was appropriate. If you got to do that then that tells me that the sauce is not hot enough yet!! Don't hand it to me either, which she did several times. Anyone in the food service business knows that prepared food should be served at a certain temp. So needless to say we did not enjoy our buffet time together at all today. The cashier was very friendly, and the young man rotating pizzas was friendly as well. When we first came in, on top of the marinara issue, we requested a certain order for pizza to come out on the buffet, and most of the time special orders are announced over the speaker that that pizza is now on the buffet. That announcement never happened so we were unaware that that pizza was even made until we came up 30 minutes later and asked for it. I wasn't even going to write this review until the moment we were walking out my step daughter had asked for a takeout box for her wings and as she was asking for the Box the young lady that was rotating pizzas brought a marinara cup up to her and it was still not at the temp it is usually at. This won't stop us from returning but definitely not in any...

Attending my niece’s birthday bash at Peter Piper Pizza stirred up fond memories of past visits. Despite dropping by on a typical Saturday afternoon in January, the vibe felt a bit quieter than expected.
The place had a cozy feel, though the crowd was smaller than usual for a weekend. While the staff were attentive, the lack of patrons was noticeable. On the upside, it meant we had more space to spread out and enjoy ourselves.
Checking out the game area, I found a mix of excitement and disappointment. The throwback VCR game section was a hit, but some games were unfortunately out of commission, which dampened the fun for some. Specifically, classics like “Pac-Man” and “Galaga” were unavailable during our visit.
As for the grub, the pizza stole the show. While the flavors hit the spot, the crust was a tad dry. Despite this minor setback, it was a decent accompaniment to our gathering.
Suggestions for Improvement: To enhance the overall experience, I’d recommend Peter Piper Pizza focus on improving game maintenance to ensure all attractions are operational. Additionally, a wider variety of games or activities could be introduced to cater to a broader audience.
Comparisons: Compared to similar family entertainment venues in the area, Peter Piper Pizza offers a good balance of fun and food. However, other establishments may excel in areas such as game variety or atmosphere, suggesting potential areas for improvement.
Engagement with Feedback: I look forward to seeing how Peter Piper Pizza addresses these suggestions and continues to evolve. Engaging with feedback from customers could further enhance the overall experience and solidify its position as a go-to spot for family outings.

We also ran into quite a few games that were either broken or only partially working. Several of the ball-based games we're missing balls, so they couldn’t really be played.
The pizza is the same as always, but we did try the cheese bread this time—and it was surprisingly good!
Service was solid. We got through the order line quickly, and staff were responsive when the kids went to redeem their tickets for prizes.
Original review I know it's tough to get back into the swing of things after the shutdown, but they did pretty good.
Every interaction I had with staff was great. Very helpful and and polite.
They're using cards for the games now replacing tokens and tickets, which I think is awesome. No more having to carry around hundreds of tickets in cups and pockets for the kids!
They have hand sanitizer all around the restaurant and the bathroom was pretty clean.
Other than the pizza being mediocre (it's how I feel about all Peter Pipers, not just this one), the only issue I really had was with some of the ball based games. They didn't have all the balls in the game and you didn't know until you tried to use it.
All-in-all, it was a fun experience. I'm sure I'll be taking the kids there again in the near future. Just make sure you get a clip or something for your card so it can be worn. The kids have a tendency to lay them...
