Horrific to work with. It took them over a year to complete our front yard. They ghosted us for 6 months. The drawings they provided us were not to scale and it caused issues throughout the entire process but they refused to fix it. The irrigation had holes and ruined our planter box. Half the plants they suggested died right away and half the replacements died as well. They lied to us constantly and gave excuses for why they didn’t deliver what and when they said they would. When staff came in site, they had no idea what they needed to do and my husband and I had to both instruct and work to get things moving along. During the demo they started tearing a metal work out that was not part of the scope and we had to improvise ourselves. The list goes on. I told my husband we should pass on them but he wanted them to deliver on the vision they laid out in the drawings. Big mistake. Our front yard looks good because we problem solved. We fixed the issues presented by the design. Others warned us about working with them and we should...
Read moreThis is my go to nursery. Over the years I've likely spent 3K, and although perhaps a little more pricey than others, I have no qualms about supporting this small business. I particularly enjoy the selection of native Sonoran Desert plants and I always learn something new. I like their philosophy and their passion. There is one issue I've recently noticed that I would like to share that is being done with a good intention but with potential dire consequences. Updates to the nursery now include bird feeders which is a way for patrons to interact with wildlife; however, sitting below the feeders are four outdoor cats. Outdoor cats are non-native and kill upwards of 4 billion birds annually. So, birds are potentially being baited to their detriment. It is unethical and irresponsible to draw birds to a space with known threats like predatory non-native felines. Please review this practice and consider action that aligns with the values of this business, which I think is "thrive and do no harm while saving...
Read moreWouldn’t recommend. We worked with Dig It to add landscaping to our front yard (very tiny corner front yard). The design process with their team was awesome, as they were super nice and professional and gave us design options. However, everything after that was awful. I told them I wanted the work done before the end of last year, but there was horrible communication from their side about getting them on site to do the work and it wasn’t finished until after the new year. The plants showed up in sub par unhealthy condition. And now I’m struggling to get them back out on site to fulfill their warranty and replace the plants that died. Our front yard is very small and we just wanted to add native plants, but the end product, now that it’s grown in, just looks bad and unprofessional. I was really excited to work with them and even though it started out great, they showed how little they value their smaller projects and...
