7-4-16 A group of friends and I went to this Burger King ( on 4th of July, hens the date) we all ordered as a group and totaled out to almost 50$ worth. I ordered my burger with NO onions, the person taking my order was the manager ( I didn't catch his name.) when I went to get my drink the soda dispenser was out of over half the soda options. The Coca Cola was nasty and tasted like power aid. Both machines were out or half. I didn't complain and sat down to wait for my food. When the called my # we went and picked up out food. My #3 was clearly marked, no onions. I opened it and made sure there wasn't any but there was. I kindly went back to the manager that I had ordered from and told him there was onions in my burger, holding it out to show him the 4+ peices of onion and that the paper was clearly marked no onions. He laughed and told me those aren't onions. He joked and laughed with another employee. I rudely replied, what are they then?? He still was laughing and noticed I wasn't. He took the burger and told the staff to make another one with no onions. I went to sit down after waiting a while, they didn't call me back up or anything. The other employee that he was joking with just stood there waiting for me to look her way for me to go get it.... After we were done we sat there for a while and the manager came over to ask how we were doing and a friend said good other than my order. He sarcastically replied "it was fixed wasn't it". For him being a manager and acting more of a kid than his juvenile employees I will never be going to this Burger King again.... I was just informed that his name was Sam... Why are people asking for 15$ an hour when then can't even make a simple hamburger and admit and kindly fix the problem....

Unfortunately I can't really say anything else good about this location. This is the second time I've ate in here recently, and second bad experience. Last time the dining room had few clean tables, and was full of loud high school kids that hadn't purchased anything loitering and helping themselves to freefreei soda with complimentary water glasses. This time wad even worse. The dining room was absolutely filthy with no clean tables at all & ttash all over tables and the floor. I'm not talking about during a lunch rush either. it's 6:30 and not remotely busy. There was a presumably homeless man in the lobby acting wery threatening, throwing stuff, who smelled like an unserviced outhouse. None of the staff made any effort to ask him to leave. The cashier said the register rang up my 2 for $5 deal at $10 so she had to get a manager to fix it. The manager was rude & unfriendly to the cashier, and even when I joked that I broke the register, didn't as much as acknowledge my existence. As I was waiting for my food and later while eating it I heard her constantly angrily and rudely yelling at the staff. If it wasn't cold and dark outside, I'd have left to eat in a nearby park. The food was good, and a great value, but if there's a next time, I'll be sure to use...
Read moreFast, friendly and respectable staff, and usually good food. It tends to get pretty crowded especially during lunch hours. The ladies bathroom is almost always clean, which is a plus for me at any public establishment.
Of Course because of the location homeless people pass through but they normally just come in for water or to buy food like everyone else.
I kept one point off for 3 reasons: One, for the fries that used to be on the value menu for a $1 is now $1.64. When did cost of potato go up or is it the oil or the heat we are paying for? Is it that minimum wage went up? I don't know but only a few weeks I got a 10lb bag of potatoes for $1.79 @ one store and I saw a 3lb bag for $1.99 at another store. And a bottle of vegetable oil was $1.
Two, I happened to go in later one night and the scent reeked of oil that was used over and over again. I did not even want to buy the food that night. I understand it was near closing time but considering the price of their burgers and fries, Burger King could encourage staff to use fresh oil up to closing time.
Three, using coupons. My friend and I decided to use a buy one get one free coupon at Burger King. They asked if we want cheese and robotically we said yes. And we were charged $0.99 cent each for a extra slice if cheese. Almost defeated the double meal deal. Cheese, like potatoes, are not that expensive. I think it is ridiculous that Burger King does that.
Nonetheless, the over all experience is...
