Dilly Dally Lounge — Attraction in Phoenix

Really awful behavior from the security guard and overall horrible customer service from the employees working last night. My ( disabled) friend was celebrating her birthday last night so after getting dinner (with her service dog alongside us, as always) we wanted to go to this bar as it’s a favorite of hers. She’s been in before with her service dog and always offers her documents if necessary although it is incredibly illegal to ask the questions they did and deny entrance for that reason. As an owner of a service dog at home for my family, and an employee in the hospitality industry, i cannot imagine what possessed the employees at the establishment to treat a disabled woman this way and her service animal who’s been in before. It is pretty clear which dogs are not service animals, but maybe it is their ignorance that caused this incident. Either way, totally ruined my friend’s birthday who obviously struggles going places without her service dog. If you are disabled and require a service animal, definitely do not waste your time trying to fight this establishment about it. Had the weirdest experience. I walked in and this dread headed dude on the side asked me for my ID and was super nonchalant and not professional when I handed my ID over so I walked away and thought he may have just been a patron messing with me trying to hit on me. He then later approached me after I had been near the bar for a few minutes and asked for my ID… which I handed over and then he asked me to leave. I didn’t realize he was an actual bar worker until he approached me in the main floor and I saw his shirt. I didnt resist I apologized and showed my ID as soon as he asked… but was still asked to leave, he told me he couldn’t “see my ID” which seemed like a personal issue. Anyways… horrible experience. Do not recommend. He didn’t ask my friend for her ID which made me think he wasn’t an employee. Overall professionalism just sucked and it felt like he was just checking me out and because I wasn’t interested he just dismissed and told me to leave. No dollars were spent on this stupid establishment. -xx...

Absolutely terrible. The blonde bar tenders friend and her boyfriend literally started a fight that didn’t involve any people in my group. They started involving like 20 people in this fight started calling my friends names and when I stood up saying it was wrong they kicked out group out and not the group that was fighting. She said that this girl also works at the bar. So so so so so unprofessional. These bartenders are drunk, unhelpful, and EXTREMELY HOSTILE!!!!! Don’t bring your friends they might get kicked out over bartender drama. Definitely reporting this to corporate, they can watch the tapes...
