Following with the comment that the store replied: I just called the store again since they commented me to call Dan the store manager, so I talked to Danny. Danny told me that there’s nothing they can do so I asked Danny that how come they replied my negative comment when they are not going to help me? By the way, Danny was loud and I just hang up. **** Go somewhere also when the customer is a priority.******* If you just starting this hobby and needs an advice this is not the place!!! I went to buy a battery for my Rock Crawler yesterday and I asked the sales guy to help me on getting a battery for my truck, I told him that I was a newbie and I was just starting this hobby, he recommended a 3S 11.1V so I bought it! I asked him are you sure this is what I need because I don’t know anything and he said yes!! When I got home I charged the battery, put it in my truck, and started running it and something blew up with smoke and everything. So this morning I called the manufacturer and I told them what happened yesterday and they told me that the battery was too strong for a newbie person, they told me to get 2S 7.4V So I just went to Duncan’s store to exchange the battery to a 2S 7.4V and the sales person told me that he can’t change the battery because the battery was fully charged. Now I have to pay for a new battery and someone that can fix my truck dude to the damaged.

These guys are great here. Let me tell you why. I've been coming here since I was 11, this Hobby shop has been supporting my family's addiction for 10 years. We've gotten Nitros, heli, planes you name it and we'll probably have it, and a bunch of parts over the years as well. Sadly like the same as many hobby shops, COVID messed up the market. I stopped purchasing RC models (Heli,Boats, planes, cars, tanks, etc) from here only because online vendors have completely beat them in price. NOW for PARTS, IF IN STOCK (They also offer to order parts for you if not in stock) Duncan's one of the best in the valley, Ive gotten plugs for my Nitro's to helicopter rotor's and many many parts. (PARTS FOR CHINESE KNOCKOFF BRANDS LIKE HSP ARE ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE LOCALLY) Parts and Nitro are very cheap here , Unfortunately unless they have a sale on their models, I cannot see myself buying one for $100-200 extra compared to Online. Overall at the end of the day I'll always be coming back to support this shop as this place has a special place in my adulthood & childhood.

As far as local Hobby Shops go I haven't been impressed lately, almost gave up and bought online but I like to support local hobby shops as long as they support me. Found Duncan's and figured I would give local one last chance. Glad I did, I was impressed with the service. I went in to look at the Traxxas trx6 but walked out with the UDR, happy with the UDR. I already have the trx4 and two slashes and when I talked to the guys I was more excited about the UDR. The slashes are fun but the UDR is a blast. I will be returning for all my hobby truck needs.

Been a Duncan's patron for a few years now and absolutely love the service, the employees and the relationships I have made with them there. 99.99% of the time have exactly what I needed to get up and running again. 100% of the time, they are there to serve or order what I've needed and got it FAST! Thanks to my cousin for getting me back into the hobby and thanks to Duncan's for being there to service the RC needs of us all! Started with a Baja Rey and a UDR from Duncan's and now have a room full, lol!

Jedediah, Joseph and Mike were all extremely helpful and kind. My son and I were visiting from Prescott Valley and wanted to come in and take a look around. We told them that so they didn’t feel pressured to waste time and they still treated us like they would anybody else. They took some cars out of display cases to show us the inside and tell us about them And even demoed a red cat hydraulic car, which is very cool. Thank you for taking the time to show us around.

Everyone behind the back counter is awesome. The girl at the front desk was in a bad mood or something she was so rude and short with me and a friend it honestly made this visit horrible . If you don't like were your working leave don't take it out on the customers seriously. I won't drop my star rating because of one grouchy employee but seriously lady we noticed your attitude
