Bosa donuts — Restaurant in Phoenix

Me and my husband went in this location before he went to work (about 4:30 / 5am.). To us, it didn't seem busy what so ever. We walk in and did not get greeted for another 4-5 minutes after we entered. Finally, when greeted, it was nothing short of uninviting, cold, & sheer annoyance. I told them (an older man and somewhat older woman) I needed a couple more minutes. They storm back off to the back. The "man" comes from around corner, making eye contact with me, & takes a lengthy drink of his coffee. So while in this process of this odd lock of eyes, him drinking coffee. Stand off... I started my order and he let's me completely finish & stays quiet. 🦗🦗🦗..... "soooo, do I order with you or her *gesturing towards the back". He (normally) says "her" and walks off. 🤔🤨🙄😬😤😶. The woman takes my order not rudely just routinely. She wasn't that bad but then again she wasn't that good. Overall this visit was one visit I do not want to revisit( did you see what I did there? Lol). The items we did order were good though. By the way which was: a ham and cheese croissant for my husband and donut holes for me. And we both enjoyed a frozen coffee; vanilla latte with whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Which was very delicious!!!!! Sorry for the lengthy review but that was my review. LOL how it...

I've been coming to this bosa in particular for 4 years and have never had an experience like I just did. I spent $14 on drinks that were not made correctly. Over the course of me visiting this location as well as the one on 75th Ave and cactus and the one in tempe, I ask for cookies and cream with Boba and have never had anyone ask me if it was a milkshake. Instead of what I normally get the girl behind the counter put ice cream and milk and blended it then added the Boba and when I noticed they were wrong (without leaving the parking lot) I turned around and told her they were wrong. I asked if there was a manager or if I could speak to them,she called the manager and only gave them her side saying it was my fault for asking for a "milkshake". I was basically given liquid ice cream with hot Boba at the bottom and told "there's nothing I can do for you". I absolutely will not go to this location again,after 4 years of being loyal and recommending this location and how much I love them. This is the first and only time I've ever had an issue with them but it was handled extremely poor, if you value your customers please train your staff to give the same experience that (over 4 years) people have become...

Went there this morning. 5:58am place opens at 5am. Was very disappointed in the selection. I was told this is all we have this early in the am. Really??? Then I picked what was available. Got them home for my kids. It was clear these were not fresh and were old and left over. At 17 bucks a box you better provide fresh donuts. Selling stale left over donuts is not acceptable. Shame on you. I will never go back to this location again. There are other bosa locations that are much better and provide fresh donuts early in the am. The quality has really gone down at this...
