Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

First off, the lobby looks really nice. One male employee was super nice when I order at the lobby. But whomever takes the order for the drive thru was rude and rushes me to order. I have been to this specific location 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Mainly because it’s just down the road. Each time I ordered the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato (new promoted drink on menu) and each time I literally think I’m drinking straight up oatmilk. I barely taste the apple crisp drizzle (which usually settles nicely at the bottom of the cup) and barely get any coffee at the top. I tried adding an extra shot of espresso and extra drizzle that I paid extra for only be disappointed. Still didn’t taste right.

Now I’ve tried the Starbucks at two other places in the past 2 weeks multiple times (been on a Starbucks binge recently). At a Target which is further up the road on Peoria which makes my coffee the absolute BEST! Also, I’ve tried the same drink at the Starbucks on 75th Ave and McDowell (not the BEST but much better than this location).

I really think my coffee to oatmilk ratio isn’t being measured out correctly. I understand this location is still fairly new and I hope the drinks get better as time goes on. Honestly, I would rather drive a further distance for my Starbucks because the quality for what I’m paying isn’t worth it at this location...

I usually don’t order from this store but I made an online order today and I ordered 8 drinks and a cake pop for pick up in store…said my drinks would be ready by 3:14 pm. So I get there and the door is locked and I see a sign saying dine-in is locked. So I called to see if I could just get my drinks really quick and he said they usually don’t bring them out but he would and was going to check on my drinks to see if they were done. He hung up on me and I was waiting outside for 15 mins after the call, it’s now 3:30 so I called back 2 times and no one answered the phone. He finally came to the door with my drinks at 3:39 pm and all of my drinks were melted …. I was highly upset about my experience here because I’m an avid customer of Starbucks. I rather go here than Dutch Bros but after this experience, I just might not go back to that particular store even tho it’s the closest to my house. Brand new store. I was just really upset to be treated like that and I go to Starbucks literally all the time…never have I been treated like this from them. Made me pretty sad to be honest. First time I’ve ever been to Starbucks and left sad…. I...

I have been to this location 2 times both were less than satisfactory. The first time there were coffee grounds in my frapachibo. The second time I had to tell the person in drive through my order 3 times it didn't seem as if she could not hear me it seemed like she was not listening. I got to the window paid then she gave me my coffee and told me to have a nice day however I had also ordered a spinach feta wrap. Then after I brought it up she gave it to me. The wrap turned out fine. The frapachibo was to be a peppermint moka venti frap. With extra pumps of pepperming 6 extra pumps and 3 afagoto shots. It was the worst I have ever had. I don't think they did the extra pumps also I think they forgot the moka in it. I was very unhappy and I don't know if I will try this location again. I always thought that each location was supposed to produce the same products with the same quality. Also the price seems to have been different each time as well as not the same as other locations. I am paying a premium price for what I shant from you and here I have yet to receive anything even remotely close to premium from this location. Again...
