Phoenician Nails — Attraction in Phoenix

First time customer went Easter weekend around 3:30pm. Called early in the 9AM to ask if they had any appointments, if not no biggie I can wait. I am asked what time and what I am wanting done. So I made my appointment I arrive with my mom ready to have a nice relaxing time. The man who greeted us also sat my mom down to do her nails. We picked our colors excited 😊 I looked around and I liked the esthetics they played music so that was a fun vibe to be in. The look of the place is nice however the experience is very saddening... I traveled from Tempe to this Phx, Glendale location based off reviews. My experience was fast, rushed and had a side comment of wanting to be off home with family for holiday. When I was having a conversation with my mom about places being booked because of the “Easter holiday.” I told the guy when I called no problems if I can’t get in today. He said yes what time. So I thought a nice lengthy 2 person service would be done. He blasted though my moms nails in 30 mins was not patient with her sensitivity while filling nails. I will never understand how you can not tell a nail tech to be softer with your hands. If I’m paying for a service please listen to my comments. I appreciate that you have the skills to make nails so beautiful that’s why I come to the Talented. However I should be heard to walk you through how I’d like my experience. I would’ve appreciate more time spent more attention. Better results where expected and money not well spent. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. I ended up NOT getting my own nails done... I took my mom to get her nails done for her Bday, so I was okay saving money when I left empty handed. $45 dollars for a gel full set not well spent. After 8 days her nails look busted!! Not a good...

I'd like to update my review. My nails were chipping and peeling, however, they were willing to fix them for free. In fact they redid the entire job. They now look beautiful and I feel they will last. They also explain pricing to me which was really nice and now I understand the price. It is due to location and quality and types of colors and etc etc. They were really kind. And had great customer service.

I came in for a simple manicure with designs. The lady talked me into getting gel so it would last longer. So I did. I got them done on Friday and by Monday evening it was peeling and chipping. It was quite expensive as well. So I figured for a few dollars more I would get the spoil me manicure, which I was charged for, but they did only a basic manicure. For both a basic pedicure (no gel)and manicure with gel was $65 plus $2 for using my card. The only good part about this place was the pub next door.

Furthermore, my friend got a full set no frills and it was $55....my other friend goes somewhere else and for several beautiful designs and a full set she only paid $45 and hers stay on. I will be making that drive next time. Even if it is in Gilbert and I live in...

I have been coming here since they opened. Mong is a nail artist! He is quick and so talented. I get a full set with a blue rosebud on my ring fingers. He hand paints the flowers beautifully. I’m a creature of habit and I know that I stress his creativity by doing the same thing every time. I have seen the beautiful work he does with others who do not limit his talents. I also get my pedicures here. Being diabetic and prone to ingrown nails, having someone check my feet on a regular basis is essential. Tina does an excellent job. My feet are not super tender as they have been at other places in the past. The other ladies are also very good from what I’ve seen. The shop is clean and pleasant. The music is low and relaxing. They take walk-ins but it’s best to call for an appointment because they are growing their business all the time. Once you get your nails done here you’ll keep...
