SUPER unprofessional. Poor quality work. I was referred by a coworker to Tayler. However, I wasn't booked with her even though the appointment I confirmed online stated I was. The first time I went, I was even addressing the tech I was placed with as "Tayler"!! I called her Tayler the entire time!! Not once did she offer the fact that her name was not Tayler! I even asked the tech to do my lashes exactly like she does my coworker's- but looking back, how would she know, as she had NEVER done my coworkers lashes, because she was NOT TAYLER! The tech at this time told me that my lashes wouldn't be exact but that it would take a couple times to get them looking like I wanted. Now, to be clear, I TAKE CARE OF MY LASHES. I have been getting lashes since 2009.
So I go to work, and my coworker is less than impressed, saying "that doesn't look like Tayler's work" Fast forward to my 2nd appointment with this person whom I thought was "Tayler". When I go to book the appointment online, I am prompted to book with the last person who did my lashes. WHAT??? That's not Tayler- I then text the business to figure out what's going on and I am given the run-around about how Tayler was in a car accident and is no longer taking on new clients due to injury-related work restrictions. The text goes on to say that when an appointment is booked online, you are AUTOMATICALLY placed with whomever is available- and implied that I just couldn't expect her to work more than she was physically able to because that could potentially impede her recovery. So, then what's the point of CHOOSING the lash tech you want to book with if you're placed with some random person? I get that Tayler can't take on new clients due to her injury, I TRULY wish her the best, but I was COMPLETELY and totally misled. What took place was just plain poor customer service! That is NOT how you treat clients. I was not even offered an apology. Originally, yes, I was somewhat happy with the lashes- not thrilled, but willing to give this alternate tech one more try. BAD decision. New lashes were glued to old lashes, glued on top of old lashes, lashes were twisted, glued uneven and clumped together, etc etc. I'm not sure if the skill level is just not there or if this was just pure laziness. Needless to say, I am disgusted, I ended up paying almost $300 including the tip to have these AWFUL lashes removed and a new set placed by a reputable, skilled lash artist. I do NOT recommend this place and will make sure everyone who asks about my lashes is aware of my experience. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, as...
Read moreLast week, I got my lashes done for the first time ever and I chose to go here. The price was really good, especially for a first-time customer, because they offered a $20 discount; I paid $120. Initially, I planned to get a classic set, but my lash technician, Evangelina, convinced me to try a hybrid set instead. She explained that classic sets don't last as long. In hindsight, I think I should have stuck with the classic set because it would have looked more natural. Nevertheless, I still really like my lashes. Evangelina was great; she was friendly, genuine, and easy to talk to. The whole process took a little less than 2 hours, and their chairs were incredibly comfortableâI could have fallen asleep in them.
I deducted one star from my rating because I had some concerns about their cancellation policy. At the time of my appointment, I wasn't feeling well and thought I might be getting sick. The policy states that as a new client, you need to pay half the price of the service in advance. If you have to cancel or reschedule less than 14 hours before the appointment, you pay a partial fee. If you days in advance, they keep your deposit for future use, but you won't be refunded. I don't see a good reason for this policy. However, I'm unsure if it applies only to new clients or all clients. Here is the policy that was texted to me by them: âA new client deposit of 50% of the total cost of the service(s) is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service, unless you cancel, reschedule, or make any appointment changes between 14 and 7 business hours prior to the appointment time, or if you fail to show up for the appointment. In such cases, there will be a fee of $50 for full sets, $25 for all fills, and 50% of the total service cost for all other services we offer. If you cancel, reschedule, or make appointment changes within 7 or fewer business hours prior to the appointment, you will owe 50% of the total service cost. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel or reschedule before 14 business hours of the booked service, we will apply the credit to your account for your next service; it will not be refunded."

Read moreWish I could have had a positive experience here because it looked like a professional, cute place but eyelashes were falling out immediately after service in clusters with balls of glue causing gaps and twists like my eyelashes had grown out. Also was super uncomfortable in service because I was constantly asked to hold my chin up to ceiling (I have a bulging disc in neck) and she could see I was uncomfortable. Never had this happen before either. Could have glued on cheap clusters better than this for a lot cheaper than 100+. I called next business day because they continued to fall out a lot and looked horrible. I prefaced with I was going in to be induced today or tomorrow so knew I couldnât drive 25 mins out of way to get fixed but wanted to see if I could get a credit or something to continue using them and correct a BAD service and use a another artist and she kept saying to come in anyway even when I corrected her, Ignoring my request and saying they would only help by me basically by me putting my induction aside and coming in so my pictures wonât look bad! I sent pics and they were downplayed like I didnât know what I was talking about so I wonât be using this place again. I would get a better trained lash artist if you go. But in general business needs...
